Cindi's team offers exceptional customer service. I made the switch earlier this year, and have no regrets about doing so.

I confirm the address with the tow person and expected it to be there and being worked on. I had called around and found a place that could fix the car on the same day and this was a Saturday. I called the shop few hours later to see if it was ready. They informed me that the car was not there. It was almost closing time for them. I was assuming it would be done by then. They towed the car to a ADDRESS AND LOCATION. They took the car to a AAA workshop that was a mile away from where i wanted it to be. I did not get my car back till Sunday morning because the keys were in the shop and they could not tow it back to where I needed it till Monday when the shop opened and I could get my keys out of there, so my whole weekend was done I had no car I had to pay so much extra to get it fixed. I chose the shop because it was way cheaper and would have been done the same day. So, I had to get it fixed at the AAA shop where I paid more I took Ubers everywhere I had to miss work on Monday but I asked them to give me a rental at least so I did not miss a day of work. They said they could not give me a rental right away, but I could get the rental and then ask to be refunded for all the expenses. I had to rent a car for Monday and had my car fixed on Monday and then had to go pick it up. It was a nightmare and this was the first time I used AAA so my experience with AAA has been so bad I don't think I will ever recommend or have it myself ever again

This is unfortunate because I was happy with them for a while. However, the last few times I've reached out to them for time-sensitive important matters, it took an unreasonable time for them to respond or I would get no response unless I followed up. The service I received from a particular agent from this office most recently was very disappointing. Rather than taking the time to talk to me, give me detail options or give me a quote, she just quickly responded that I'd "probably get a better rate through the insurer my mortgage company is using" - even though my mortgage company highly recommended that I go through my private insurer for better rates. It just felt like the person didn't want to go through the hassle of looking into it or even calling me rather than a quick response via email. This is definitely not what I expect from a State Farm agent. I almost gave up and was just going to go with the crazy high rate for the required supplemental insurance through my lender, but then another State Farm agent reached out from a different office and they were more than happy to call and take the time to look up my options, find out more about my situation and what would work best for me - they were also super nice and made an effort to get to know me and offer me other plans I may want/need in the future without being pushy at all. In the end, this other agent was able to find me a rate that was only 1/3 of what my lender was quoting with much more comprehensive coverage! Anyway, like I said - I was happy with the service from this office the first several years, but I would be wary if you get similar service to what I received within the last year.

GEICO's customer service has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with an…read moreinsurance company. Their records incorrectly showed my son as having two accidents in 2025, one in January and one in August. The January accident never happened. At GEICO's request, we contacted his prior insurer and obtained documentation specifically stating **"No Claims Reported."** We submitted exactly what GEICO asked for and believed the matter was finally resolved. Instead, GEICO created another obstacle. They now say they need insurance history from my son's grandmother's policy because their system somehow associates him with her. The only connection is that he was a **passenger** in her vehicle when his sister was driving it during the August 2025 accident. The absurd part is that his grandmother was ALSO insured by GEICO. Rather than simply checking its own records, GEICO is telling her to contact GEICO, request her insurance history from GEICO, send those GEICO records to us, and then have us submit those records BACK TO GEICO. That is bureaucracy at its worst. What makes this especially troubling is that GEICO originally quoted us one rate. Their system then produced an inaccurate accident history that resulted in a higher premium. Each time we provide the documentation they request, another requirement seems to appear. At this point, I have serious concerns about whether this process reflects bad-faith insurance practices. I cannot speak to GEICO's intent, but the experience certainly creates the impression of a system where customers are quoted one price, an internal record is then used to justify a higher premium, and correcting that record is made so exhausting that some customers may simply give up and pay. If that is not GEICO's intention, then it urgently needs to examine its procedures. No one seems willing to take ownership of a very simple problem. Instead, the burden is repeatedly placed on the customer to disprove GEICO's own inaccurate information--including information GEICO itself should have access to. GEICO spends enormous amounts advertising convenient service and happy customers. My experience has been the exact opposite. GEICO should spend less money advertising great customer service and more money actually providing it.

this company is shady at best, straight up criminals at worst…read more About PHP Agency: What You Should Know PHP Agency presents itself as a financial services company, but there are serious concerns about their business model that you should be aware of: Recruitment-Focused Model: PHP makes most of its money from recruiting new agents, not from selling financial products. This is why they heavily target young people and minorities with promises of wealth and success. Pay-to-Play Structure: Legitimate companies don't make you pay to work for them. The $200 "enrollment fee" is a red flag that successful financial firms don't require. Low Success Rate: The average agent earns only about $3,272 per year, while spending money on training, licensing, and often buying their own insurance products. Unsustainable Growth Model: The business model requires continuous recruitment of new agents, which mathematically cannot continue indefinitely. Product Concerns: Their focus on Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance has been criticized by financial experts as underperforming compared to simpler investment options like index funds. If you're interested in finance, consider pursuing education and licensing through established institutions, which won't charge you upfront fees. Traditional financial firms hire employees with a base salary while they learn, rather than making them pay to join.
