Called Joe on Friday, scheduled me for a 40"X40"X4" slab the following Monday. Immediate responses on text, reasonably priced and was exactly on time at 6:30am. I increased the scope on site to cut out some old cement and remove a steel 4" pole cemented into the house foundation - had all the equipment with him to execute and upcharge was nominal and more than reasonable. I saw on Yelp that they were reading/reviewing the request when I sent it, multiple days before. Did they respond? No. I followed up with some irritation that despite being recommended, they are doing nothing. What irks me is that they say they will respond 100% of the time - which clearly isn't the case. Why would anyone want to do business with them, when they have zero desire to return any message at all? Normally I avoid these types of postings - with just complaining without seeing results - but folks need to be aware of this supposedly "service."

We knew we wanted to add a garage to our house, but truly did not know where to start. I called and Pam spent the time walking me through the steps and answered my questions. She even recommended an amazing Architect to pull the drawings together. The bid pulled together was extremely complete and they took the time to survey the area in detail. They found and recommended items that we did not even know to consider and really brought our ideas to life. Their bid was 10% less than the next lowest bidder as well! Even though our project was straight forward (add a garage), it was complicated by the fact that ALL our utilities had to be moved. This was electric, solar, water, gas, irrigation, and cable. Their coordination with the utility companies was incredible. We were never without water or power or gas for more than a few hours even though EVERYTHING had to be moved. Pam is a master communicator and really keeps things moving. Chris is the visionary and walked us through what was going to be done and when and why certain decision had to be made (drainage, code, etc) and never tired of answering our questions. John was the site manager and was very easy to work with and kept the building humming along. The whole project was competed quickly and we could not be happier. To avoid leaving holes in the epoxied floor around the legs of a makeshift work table built by a previous owner, they removed it at no extra charge and with no complaint after I was unable to unbolt it from the garage wall myself.
