Would give zero stars if that was an option-Received a bouquet yesterday for a family member who had just gotten out of the hospital and today the flowers are dying. Petals were on the floor. Also, the water in the vase was dirty like they had been in there for 3-4 days already. When I called I was told no way are the roses dying, they are new and last 2 weeks. I sent pictures to the owner and of course no response. All of the roses are soft, if they're fresh they are firm when you give a little squeeze and not fully open. Has gerbera daisies that are all dead today. Took them out and stems are rotten... bouquet has a lot of greens too, not balanced at all. Update- Day 2 Spray roses are wilted and dying, carnations are beginning to die as well. Carnations usually last at least a month! read more

I receive flower delivery monthly... it was first time getting it from this shop! I am still in shock! The driver called me to ask if I was home. I responded yes, he said he was at my door. I went to the door and I see this man pull out a bouquet from his car which is dripping water! He hands me a tiny strip of paper to sign which was really weird and then he gives me these wet flowers. They drip trough my living room. The flower arrangement consisted of 3 roses and other flowers more than half of the bouquet was leaves and some of the flowers were rotting already. All I can say is this place is unprofessional and horrible! The flowers were supposed to look one way and they looked like a child picked them out of a dead garden then arranged them with a blindfold on! I don't want to post this review, but in fairness to others I have to. My son needed flowers for his girlfriend's graduation. Since the florist we normally use is closed on Sundays, we decided to check out this place. The shop is small, nothing fancy. The people in there, from our experience, were pleasant. The florist herself asked my son what he was looking for. He said a purple & white bouquet of mixed flowers with a silver bow (no vase). The florist confirmed everything, & wrote our order on the receipt she handed us. This was Saturday. Sunday rolled around & we headed back to the shop to pick up our order. Upon arrival, we were greeted & handed the bouquet. The flowers were pretty, but they were pink instead of purple & the bow was also pink after my son had said he wanted silver. There were a mix of a few roses that I noticed were wilting slightly on the edges & lots of greenery. The other flowers consisted of what looked like pink lilies & a few large, white, puffy flowers which I couldn't identify but looked nice. Although the bouquet came out decent, I feel we should've gotten what we asked for. In short, my son paid $80 for a bouquet that was all wrong. If we hadn't been pressed for time, I would've demanded that the florist do the bouquet over or give us our money back. Always read reviews before making a spontaneous decision like we did. I called ahead to see if they were open on a Sunday and the lady tells me yes. When I got there 15 min later there's no one there. I waited a good 10 min in 20° and when the lady gets there, there was barely any flowers in the coolers and their credit card machine doesn't work bc there's no electricity. Didn't get to find out how the arrangements looked bc I just left when they could of told me on the phone before I got there. read more

I received a bouquet from my husband that he ordered on-line. The roses that were in the bouquet were already wilting and brown on the edges. When he called to complain the women told him she tried to use the best ones they had because their shipment had not arrived. She offered to send me a new bouquet the following week. That never happened. When my husband finally got someone on the phone, the woman was very rude and told him to complain to the website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! read more

Terrible service.....They attempted to flowers the night before Mother's Day at 10PM instead of the actual day. Called on Mother's Day and got hung up on as I was asking when they were calling to re deliver them. Called again and they said the person that takes care of that comes in at 7 AM. Left a vase of flowers in the middle of my front stoop. It blew over and left a damaged bouquet and broken glass.

I ordered flowers for an anniversary 2 days before and when they didn't show up I called and a woman said there isn't anything they can do its the delivery persons responsibility. The next day a different woman called and said she would be delivering them later in the day with a dog barking in the background and child crying. 3 hours later she called me and needed me to give her step by step instructions to get to my apartment and complained the whole time that "it was an awful day for a delivery" "how it was so difficult to find my location" when it is not and google maps does a great job of directing. She was yelling at people on the street to give her directions, while still on the phone with me and just needed her hand held through the whole process up until she got to the front door. It was completely unprofessional and was a 15 minute phone call that took me away from my job. ALSO I order a rose and sunflower boutique and got roses and yellow daisies instead with no warning or charge difference. I call to express my dissatisfaction and confusion and the woman said there was nothing she could do because I placed the order through a different company even though they filled the order and delivered the boutique. I've never dealt with a company that seemed like such a joke and I am so frustrated that this is my first time ever leaving a negative review. I work in customer service and take it extremely seriously and when people do not have the same respect for customers it makes me extremely upset. I probably was never going to order flowers from them again but I also feel the need to tell my experience to other people so they do not get treated or swindled like I did. I live in Florida and wanted a beautiful grave blanket created for my husband's mom who passed away last year. When I spoke with the owner, she listened intently to what I wanted and assured me that her designer would create a beautiful and memorable floral design that would lovingly commemorate the one year anniversary of my mother-in-law's passing. Needless to say, Lezze's floral creation was even more stunning than either my husband and I could have imagined. Our family members, who live in the Wallington area, went to a mass held in her honor and then visited the gravesite. Shortly afterward, they contacted us to let us know that Lezze Flowers truly created a masterpiece! This is the first time I'm leaving a review for any place. I just had to do it because I'm so happy I decided to walk in and try this place out since my old florist closed down. They make such wonderful arrangments here! The workers live relatively close to the store so even at times they're not open, they come in if you call them. ( The review before me about them not having electricity is because a fire happened to the building the flower shop was a part of. which is also why they probably did not have many flowers in the coolers since you need electricity to power them). I have not had a single bad arrangement done here. They always come out so beautiful! I've seen some of the work they have done for weddings, baby showers, and birthday parties. Sometimes when I come in they're working on them so I get to see them or they have them in the cooler/fridge thing that has clear glass so I can see them through there. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a beautiful arrangement at any price range for any occasion. read more
