After purchasing the incorrect size in industrial snow pants from AIH, (and spending a fortune), I was happy we decided to try Cabela's. We arrived right at 10am opening. There were rack's of traditional bib snow pants, in the middle of the store, easily visible from the front entrance. We dove straight in looking for the size we needed. Two members of their customer service team or (item recovery team), rushed out to assist us. I appreciated it, because I didn't want to look thru several racks if I didn't need to. However, I am always able to see the underlying reasons of things. Cabela's definitely doesn't want people browsing/window shopping

The guys working there were all so kind and helpful as we looked through everything, asked a few questions and my son also tried on a few different boots. While we were there a gal came in looking for winter gear for someone else and while she didn't really know what she was looking for, he mentioned 'our gear is more for sitting still and staying warm' and I thought that was pretty spot on. As avid hunters know, there tends to be a lot of sitting there while looking for game. I interjected to help a girl out and sent her to check out Big Rays after chatting about what she needed. Anywho, this place is great for exactly that... High end quality gear to keep you both warm and dry when the weather is absolute crap or the fall season is turning.
