I scheduled a routine summer maintenance check to ensure my system was prepared for the upcoming season. Prior to your technician's arrival, the unit was cooling effectively. However, following the service, I was charged several thousand dollars for Freon that I was told was non-refundable, only for the system to stop working entirely a few days later. I am now being told there is a leak, despite the system holding its charge perfectly fine before your company serviced it. As a disabled veteran on a fixed income, I prioritized these funds to ensure my family would have reliable cooling during the hottest months of the year. Instead, I am now out thousands of dollars and have no functioning air conditioning. I request a prompt investigation into this matter and a resolution that restores my cooling system or provides a refund for the ineffective services rendered. If I could give you zero stars I would.

And with all of our experiences, Chad, Chris, Tabitha and the entire Chill team have been professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We've contracted with Chill to repair and update the electrical lines as part of a kitchen renovation in our income property. With this, I can say that Chill was a definite partner. They worked with our contractor and gave great recommendations. It was easy to schedule with them, and the work was done on time. And then earlier this week, we brought Chill to our new home to make some fixes. A group of lights in a bathroom and an outdoor light and outlet weren't working, among some other things. These all ended up being super quick fixes, and I appreciated that Chris showed me what he did and explained it so I could do it on my own if one of the problems comes back.
