He called a friend to see if they were open to help me. When I described the sounds coming from the wheel, he gave me frank advice not to drive home to Fairfield. He said if it were his mom or sister, he wouldn't recommend it. When his friend wasn't available, he had me come by the new location they were in the process of moving into. They weren't even open! Cesar looked at our noisy wheel and figured out what was wrong: the lug nuts. Arturo checked and tightened all the lug nuts and put on temporary ones to replace three that had fallen off. My boyfriend decided to bring his Suburban here to repair the fuel pump/ intake because they…read moreoffered the quickest service. Not only did they take far longer than the estimated time, they were not able to complete the job. The quote turned out to be just for the fuel pump, not the fuel pump intake kit most shops will quote you for, that being said they charged way too much for just a fuel pump and they wanted to keep ordering parts that were all way higher price than the normal rate for the same parts at any other shop. Also, after starting work on the truck they wanted to change the quote price, because they entered in the wrong model after the correct information had been given to them prior to the quote. Then they wanted to charge another $120 to run a diagnostic to see why their work on the truck did nothing! Why didn't it work? They left the lights in the car on all night so the brand new battery died. Just bad, don't go here.
