I decided to add a full front PPF to new ride and came across this business that had the best price in comparison to several others. The business owner(Fahad) was very quick to respond to my questions and even offered to provide me shuttle service home. So appointment was made and job did. I've had a PPF done on a vehicle before so I was well aware of having some bubbles that have to dry out,completely seal over time and eventually disappear. After the job was completed I noticed some issues with the PPF on my hood and bumper fender which were all addressed and taken care of at a later date. I saw great views on his website so I took the chance to make an appointment for a PPF "ultímate film" and including doors thinking it was a great investment. I called and he accepted giving me a discount. Total price $2,339. I waited till I received message confirming it's ready for pick up on a Saturday. I rushed from work to pick up the truck arrived 6:04pm. Saw my midsize truck on the parking lot, off the bat I saw bubbles on the PPF and I got concerned. He arrived very professional and cool dude. He explain about the bubbles stating they will go away in matter of days and he hand cut the PFF for more coverage. So, the concern disappeared. One thing I failed at is I didn't check the truck thoroughly. He stated if there's more bubbles appearing I can take it back and he can fix it. So I paid and left. Next morning, i checked the truck I realized all the edges were uneven. Big pieces hanging, peeling, and wavy cuts on every panel. The work seemed rushed or simply poorly executed. I called asking for refund. He said I can drop off the truck and he can fix the issues. I denied the offer I rather have my refund. For example, its like buying any products, it's poorly made or or already damage you return and get your refund . No one wants to keep a messed up product. He denied to give my refund back... back and forth... he said he can give $750 and I've to take the truck so he can remove the PPF. Then changes his mind saying he can refund 700 and I can keep the PPF. He tried gaslighting about him being a small company, taking a big hit and trying fuck him over because he gave me a discount and he tried making me be the bad dude. I'm still waiting for the refund. Please for those who are looking for to put PPF or WRAPS on a old or new vehicle please check the work before paying. Don't be afraid to say anything in the moment. read more

I had Fahad do a two stage compounding on my 2001 Honda Accord Coupe. My Honda had been parked outside for the past year while I was out of state so she needed some tender loving attention to be sure. I Read Yelp reviews and emailed Fahad. We wish we could give more than 5 stars! After lots of research on paint protection and installers, and several quotes, we selected Robust Auto Detailing to apply partial front PPF and ceramic coating to our 2023 Lexus UX 250h. Their Enhanced Protection package was more reasonable than any other quote and they didn't need to keep our car 3 days, they would come to our house! Last week Fahad and Cory showed up on time and instantly impressed with their friendly professionalism. Then they got to work in our garage and didn't stop until they'd finished, 9 hours later. We'd been told by other PPF installers that Lexus is unusually challenging but Fahad aced it, precisely hand cutting and carefully applying each of the many shapes. Incredibly, Fahad and Cory managed to make our car look better than new! We can now look "into" the beautiful white paint and clearly see the metallic sparkle the dealer had promised us was there but which we hadn't been able to see. The sumptuous way the paint and ceramic coating reflect light, and how glassy-smooth it now feels to the touch must be seen and felt to be believed. I have a Tesla with approx. 17K miles. I should have Opti-Coated my car when I bought it, but I did not think the soft paint was going to be such a problem. 17K miles later, I had number of rock chips on the hood of the car. I took my car around number of places, but the quotes to fix rock chips were ridiculous. After finding Fahad on Tesla forums and speaking to him number of times on the phone, I decided to have him come out and Opti Coat the car. Although he told me that he may not be able to get all the paint chips fixed, he was going to try. Fahad drove down to my house in San Jose and worked out of my garage. His attention to detail quality of work is great. 9 hours later, he had Opti-Coat Pro the paint, Opti-Glass the windshield, Opti-Lens the lights and also protected the rims. You should see the car's paint and the rims. He had worked on removing most of the paint chips. The car looks like it just drove out of the showroom. Incredible work!! Highly recommended!! I had contacted Fahad at Robust AD after work one evening, I was in desperate need of a wash asap, as I had found my SUV covered in tree sap that morning. The proprietor was kind enough to tend to my vehicle even though my availability was after the posted hours of operation. Fahad is mobile, and has all the tools needed. He met me at a location convenient for me as I had a commitment that evening from 7-9pm. He worked on my vehicle in the semi empty parking lot where I was located, from roughly 8-9:30pm. It was dark by the time he was finishing up, but he did not let that deter him from his meticulous style of craftsmanship. The sap was BAD! but it was completely gone after he washed and clayed my car. It looked great and the customer service was exemplary. The only thing I would note is that my rims/wheels were not serviced, so I had a gleaming car with less than attractive rims. Granted, it was 9pm and dark out by the time he finished-- so I gave it a pass, otherwise would expect that. $70 cost. Trustworthy and very knowledgable re. car detailing. read more

The express service took 4 hours, much of which he was on his phone either sitting on the curb or in his car. After he left, I noticed that he hadn't wiped down the back seats or cup holders and there was still dog hair on the seat backs. When I texted to let him know he missed some spots he questioned me and then said it was all he could do within that time frame. 2010 Jetta TDI Cup Edition, interior and exterior detailing. I set up the detailing as a gift to my husband for his birthday and the experience was wonderful all around. The gentleman is easy to get a hold of and communicates promptly. He is very professional and flexible (expressed no issue over a sudden necessary schedule change). He arrived on time and was deemed "all around a good guy" by my husband (I only spoke with the gentleman over phoneand text, I was at work during the actual detailing)--which is really saying something given how rarely Matthew comments on such things. The guy had lunch with Matt (I would say *took Matt out to lunch!*) which Matt seemed to enjoy. Most importantly, the detailing turned out wonderfully. I don't think I properly warned the guy about how much of a task he had on his hands with the Jetta, but regardless it turned out better than could have been expected. I've literally never seen this car so nice and clean...
