I finally decided to take the next step for my 2016 Dodge Challenger. I wanted to start off with wrapping my hood in a matte black. This is the first time I have decided to wrap a good vs just buying a carbon fiber or fiberglass hood and paint it. Did a quick search on Yelp and came across this business. At first this place is a bit hard to find. My Waze and Google kept pointing me to the building right at the intersection. Look for #1601 and it is on the backside of the building about half way down. Elizabeth is friendly and professional. Ron is friendly and knowledgeable. Both are great at what they do! They accommodate and understanding what you are trying to accomplish. I kind of surprised Ron on the day of dropping my car off that instead of the one inch gap I wanted I want to just continue the wrap to the top of the front bumper. I got a call about an hour into prep from Elizabeth that they may not have enough material to stretch it out and may have to set up another appointment and additional charges. I told her that was okay let's just go with the original plan. Two hours after dropping the car off it is done and I go to pick it up. Ron had a surprise and was able to get exactly what I wanted done! Car looks great but it looks like I may have to go back. I feel that I should now do the roof and trunk to really complete the look of what I want with my Challenger. I will definitely be back and soon as I make these decisions lol...

The business owner(Fahad) was very quick to respond to my questions and even offered to provide me shuttle service home. So appointment was made and job did. I've had a PPF done on a vehicle before so I was well aware of having some bubbles that have to dry out,completely seal over time and eventually disappear. After the job was completed I noticed some issues with the PPF on my hood and bumper fender which were all addressed and taken care of at a later date. Initially when they were finished it looked good, even had to let it dry for a couple days. When I was finally able to really go in it and examine I noticed that there was still mouse droppings, the glove compartment wasn't touched at all. Still a bunch of dirt and mouse poop ... disappointing. It seemed like they did the bare minimum. It wasn't the actually owner that came out so don't want to speak on his work. His employees were nice but weren't thorough. Didn't even wash the gas cap out. It was left dirty. Not sure if the rugs were cleaned also cause there was mouse poop dropping from the bottom when I lift it up. Now I have to find somewhere else to get detailed. Maybe it was just an off day, but I spent $200 and the expectation was that they could clean the car completely out but it just wasn't. The seats were at least clean. Update: Owner ended up contacting me saying they would be able to come back and correct what was missed, which I thought was nice. Thank you for reaching out. I already got it cleaned but thanks again.
