My cars looked amazing! But for $450 I would have hoped to have had my center consul returned to its originally state. Instead its my center consuls contents were dumped from its container and the container smashed on top of the contents. I didn't notice until I got home and realized it was jammed shut. read more

I own a plumbing outfit here in Napa and as you can imagine my fleet of vehicles can get pretty dirty inside and out. The time came for me to sell one of my service trucks that had not been cleaned thoroughly in about three years. Not having the time, patience or skill I brought my 2012 Chevy Silverado work truck in to get it looking the very best I could before putting up for sale. The service they provide is not cheap but when I saw the work they had put into my dirty 8 year old truck I immediately knew that they had easily raised the value on the truck more than it cost to have Rico and his team work their magic. Husband just bought me my dream car, a 2002 VW EUROVAN. Although I was thrilled and so excited I soon realized I wasn't going to be comfortable until all the "Coodies" were removed from the previous owner, especially since this van has two areas to sleep on. I started researching for an auto detail place that knew what they were getting into with the detailing of EUROVANs. I was originally going to drive to Fairfield to a RV place but a neighbor who used to own a EUROVAN told me to take it to Rico in town who detailed his van. Our neighbor said Rico did a very good job on his vehicle and he is the guy to go to. I called Rico on a Thursday and he gave me a quote that was very reasonable considering all the work area inside that needed to be cleaned, a frig, propane stove, sink, pop up tent, all flooring and cabinets. We set up a time of 8:00am and the crew was all there to greet me. I was really nervous leaving the van because again it's my dream vehicle, Rico obviously knows what he's doing because he knew about the pop up tent and assured me that all would be taken care of. I knew that this would be an all day job but still I was on pins and needles waiting for the call that my van was ready for pickup. At 4:00pm Rico called to say that the van would be ready at 4:30. We arrived at 4:25 and the final touches were being taken care of. Wow is all I can say at the final results! The carpets look like new the cushions and chairs are all spot free, the cabinets all cleaned out and shiny. Rico is a very humble and honest man who has a great crew working along side with him. It's obvious that he takes great pride in his work! Thank you Rico for ridding my van of old "Coodies". I cannot wait to take my van out for a fun weekend now. read more

I never leave reviews but really wanted to after picking up my car. I highly recommend Rico's auto detailing! After 5 days up at the fires in Paradise with Search and Rescue, my 2 month old car was so dirty, stained on the inside, and smelled like smoke!! When I picked it up, it was like brand new!! My son brought his Mercedes to be detailed and had an unpleasant experience. This car is his pride and joy, he keeps it in pristine condition - hence the detailing. After he got his car back the headliner started coming down drastically in areas. Not happy. Wheel trim was damaged with the acid wash used to clean wheels. My car was in new condition, and now I have to replace the wheel trim to restore to new. Owner claimed it was fault of the manufacturer and that his wheel cleaner gets caught in between the plastic cover and trim piece. I have a toyota, so this must be a pretty common known issue. Cleaning wheel with soapy water would have been safer. Unprofessional response from owner. $180 later my car is back to its original condition, making this the most expensive detail I've ever had to pay for. Not going back. read more

Went here after reading through a few yelp reviews, found this place with the best service according to others. I had to look for a detailing place as I had a little accident it my car.... Anyways, it was a project that took a little while as it required my door panel to be removed and Rico wasn't sure if he could do it. We were both unsure and luckily he was able to do. Reasonable price: It cost about $125 for my door panel to be removed and cleaned from a disgusting mess. He provided great service, and answered any of my doubts. read more
