They already have you for $75 so they enlarge the complexity of the job in the hopes that you're naïve enough to take it, but if you're smart enough to decline it, they still got your $75. The amount of up charging with this company is insane. Simple fixes become these exorbitant outrageously large jobs. They claim to be honest, but it's clearly dishonest business practices. They do not have your best interest in mind. Is 100% better to find a smaller company that's willing to do a good job without trying to drain your bank account.

My wall failed 2 years after they did the work which diverted the water from my home and against my retaining wall. Nothing was working in them, they were buried tubing which had become clogged and squirrel eaten. Aaron gave me a quote for replacing this part of my system with rising sprinklers. Our spring service this year was started but not completed as a pipe valve (backflow preventer) needed to be replaced. They needed to get a part or tool from their office as the serviceman did not have one in is kit. I had to call and remind them to return over 2 - 3 weeks later so that I could get the system to water the lawn and subsequently they billed me double for the same service. Shameful.. it is relatively simple to do it yourself (see "you-tube"). It is a quick procedure and you'll save about $300 a year
