My stay was cut short after a contract position fell through, and the staff was awesome about getting my bill settled in what I would say was a very fair manner. Despite my difficulty getting in touch with someone, I would absolutely stay again.

The owner's father manages the place, and has always been nice and polite to me. He has never been nasty, and I am very much a female. I get an email each month with my invoice attached, but nothing else is ever conveyed through email. I enjoy living here and have never had any issues.

Roy, John, and Jeanie, were sent from above and helped us get through the tough transition of going from a brick and stick home to a RV. We couldn't have done it without them. Dumpsters constantly overflowing and not emptied on a regular basis. Grass is cut when it gets knee-high. Lots of rules, but only certain people are required to follow the rules. Some examples of this are no window unit AC's are allowed in your RV (numerous RV's have them) you can have a storage shed, but it must be wood only (there were lots of residents with plastic & metal sheds. Save yourself the heartache and misery and just go down the road. There are tons of other RV parks that are clean and not so TRASHY!!!

Made a reservation Friday afternoon for a late arrival - someone was there as a park host to help me find my spot in the dark. The grounds were kept VERY CLEAN - bathrooms and showers were spotless. Small-ish pool right sized for the number of pads - didn't really need much bigger. I will say that the price per night is more than you would expect to pay for the grounds, but keep in mind that they are in Leander, just 20 minutes from Austin...taxes keep getting higher and higher and they need to pay their bills just like everyone else. Being new to RV ownership we don't have a ton of experience with campgrounds but I was pleased with my stay and with the staff. Hope we come across more people like the folks here at KOA Leander.
