I've never had a facial before and was looking for a spa near my home when I came across Li Beauty. I contacted them via Instagram and made a consultation. Let me just say their customer service via social media and in person is amazing! Very prompt when arranging everything. There were just a few issues that made this experience short of a 5 star review. Firstly when I was talking to the lady during my consultation I had inquired if they had experience dealing with melanated skin (black skin) in which she never really answered my question just kept pushing for me to get a hydra-facial (which is $170) I really wanted something to even out my skin tone and smooth my skin. I went with what she advised and booked the facial for the next day. I came in the next morning and was checked in immediately I didn't have to wait at all, however I had a different woman this time who would be doing my facial. The facial was fine but was it worth almost $200? My personal opinion in no, at least not for me (I want to make a note they did have a special running which was 15% off all facials so I got a discount which was great) During my facial she didn't really explain anything she was doing, I thought since it was my first time ever getting a spa facial she would be explaining the process as she went along. There was at one point she was applying pressure points to my skull on my forehead and I asked her what was the reason for that technique in which she had no response...."umm ummm it helps the umm what do you call it..." and that was it lol I waited a few days before I wrote this review to see if there was any improvement or changes to my skin since the facial and my skin and face look the same and feel the same. Again this was just my experience they do have 5 star reviews so I'm sure they have other services which are great but personally I will not be back. read more

Recently discovered this place and my girlfriend and I went for the first time and we loved it! It was all around amazing, the place was nice and clean and very relaxing atmosphere. Helen and Megan did a great job and both of us were very happy with the results! I got the Li signature facial and my gf got the oxygen h2o facial. They were both gentle and we loved all the products they used on us! The two girls at the front desk and the owner were all very nice and made us feel so welcome. I've been going here just about every two weeks since May 2021 and Helen is my go-to person. She gives the best face massages and keeps my skin clean and fresh. Super relaxing and always almost fast asleep by the time the facial is over. For the more intensive procedures such as fibroplasma, Jolie is top-notch, highly-trained and very knowledgeable and always recommends the perfect facial service based on my current skin condition.
