Despite buying over $6,000 worth of appliances, I was dismissed and never received a call back for a warranty issue. When I called the store to seek assistance with the warranty, they informed me that I had to speak to the person who had sold me the fridge. This made no sense to me, as it seemed like a commission-based system. Even when I was their customer, the experience was terrible. To make matters worse, David was on vacation during the time I needed help. Meanwhile, my factory warranty expired, and the window for adding an extended warranty had passed. Additionally, the items they were selling could be as old as 2019, claiming to be new or recent returns. Overall, it was a terrible experience, especially considering the significant amount we spent.
