I wouldn't feel right if I didn't come on here and talk great about him because he deserves it! Best experience I've ever had upgrading my phone. I was in and out with my new phone in no time! They were close to closing time, so they let me know, they couldn't do my transfer right then. But they told me to come back the following day and they'd take care of me right away. They even offered me alternative options, instead of a lengthy transfer, which I chose to do. Helped me get the phone setup right there and then. I was literally ready to go by the time I left the store. Not to mention, super friendly staff, eager to help and answer all my questions. Plus they hooked me up with a 10ft. charger chord for free and who doesn't like free! Cannot say enough good things about this experience. This store is always very accommodating and go above and beyond to help you. My husband and I have been going there for years and everyone is very helpful.
