I was able to mix a match styles of the hardware accessories. Also including the toilet and shower. I ordered everything online and paid for it through PayPal and had it delivered, and I am still in love with the choices I made. Glad I was able to find affordable matches for high end designs. It was a Eureka ,which by the way I was told was a good vacuum cleaner. Of course when you walk into Home Depot there is always something else your going to pick up. I was shocked to see that the store was pretty empty of customers but a lot of workers were just standing around. So I proceeded to Aisle 7 were the vacuums were located. There was only one vacuum left, but it was up about 10 feet high on the shelf so I ask several employees to assist me by getting a ladder and getting the vacuum for me. BTW yes it was on sale for 50 dollars which was a great price . I stood in that Aisle for an entire hour waiting on someone to get this vacuum for me. Just ridiculous. I asked 5 employees to assist. It was so hot I couldn't even get mad. Finally this gentleman name James came over and help me get the vacuum down. I refused to let this go .I figured my time is valuable too. So I went to customer service and spoke with a young lady named Jessica. She was so nice, pleasant and understanding . I was able to get a discount price off the vacuum. Yippie. Now that's real customer service. Overall the fact that I had to wait any hour to be helped was not good especially when you have number of workers not doing anything. Will I visit this Home Depot again? I dont know it has to grow on me again. Happy Yelping.. .

Not only does this place have everything one would need but the owners are some of the friendliest, welcoming people we've ever dealt with. Their stock of beautiful flowers and plants as well as all things related rivals any nursery I've ever been too. My husband just completed his first large flower bed design and says the fantastic advice and amazing service Lance and Dana gave us made all the difference and is truly appreciated. Suffolk Nursery May as well be the only nursery in Long Island because it's the only one we'll ever go to again. I only wish the owners could give a class to other business owners on how too provide wonderful customer service and that old fashion feeling of appreciation and care to every person that spends their money at their business. Father Natures is very conveniently located on the corner of Sunrise Hwy & Irish Lane and has a huge array of flowers, indoor & outdoor plants, succulents and every gardening tool & accessory you'll ever need. They have their own version of 'miracle grow' plus an array of other products like seed, fertilizer etc., which I bought, don't know how good it works yet. If there is a problem with any of my plants whether I bought them from there or not, they always help me. They may be higher in their prices, but you get what you pay for, and, believe me, I know it. So, if you are trying to save a buck, go to those super-stores and get something and cross your fingers that it will grow. Or, go to Father Natures and get those special plants and veggies that come with a one-year (or season) guarantee!

Before visiting, I had…read moreread several negative reviews mentioning disrespectful customer service and employees belittling customers. Despite those reviews, I decided to give them a chance. I called ahead to let them know I was on my way to make the purchase. I arrived shortly before closing, around 5:55 PM. As soon as I walked in, an older gentleman made rude comments about me shopping only a few minutes before closing. One younger employee was kind and tried to defuse the situation, even telling me not to listen to him because he was a "grump." I was prepared to spend over $500, but I left without buying a single plant. I understand that I arrived near closing time, but I had called ahead and expected basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, I felt unwelcome, belittled, and as though my business was an inconvenience. Unfortunately, the negative reviews I read beforehand turned out to be accurate. I chose not to spend my money at a business that treats customers this way. Respect and customer service matter, regardless of the time of day.
