He knew the treatment options and was able to explain them. He was good with middle aged women and men. Not sure he did a full exam but he did give me some good advice that changed the course of a very painful injury. And he is just and employee of OM and not a boss as one person said. Just because he has the MD doesn't make him in charge but who knows maybe now he does have a new admin position in this form of health care delivery?

Called O.M. after joining and made appointment for today, Monday, Dec. 8. On Friday, Dec. 5 late afternoon, just ONE business day before the appt., I get a call from O.M. telling me Dr. Fell's office cancelled my appt. because they do not accept new patients anymore. 1. Why was appt. available and booked if Dr. Fell does not accept new patients anymore? 2. Why notify me end of day on Friday, one business day before the actual appt? 3. Why not having the decency/courtesy to call me directly to let me know? Perhaps Dr. Fell is indeed a good doctor (I did not get a chance to experience), however, given the way HIS office/people handled this matter, makes him a terrible leader. And as we all know, the buck stops with the boss. Disappointing, to say the least.

I've gone through plenty of others, through various HMOs and PPOs and who knows what else... But after my last PCP passed-away, I had talked to another specialist I had been consulting, and he recommended Dr. Shah. It is one of the best professional recommendations I think I have ever had, throughout my long history. Let's just say that I've been through a few flus, some obnoxious allergies, and various other things (including COVID). But, Dr. Shah invariably was "there" for me/us - even often above and beyond what I would *ever* expect from a busy physician. This man is unreal, and he has continually shown my entire family that he is there FOR US. I simply can not give a higher recommendation for any professional individual, EVER. My only "fear" is that I "disappoint" him by not being "as-good" a patient as I can, or attending to my own health as well as I should... that's not his fault, though - I'm a grown man, unfortunately, I have become far-too-accustomed to "avoiding" the (previously mediocre) doctor, even when most everyone (including my spouse) says "you should go to a doctor." Luckily, the rest of my family is generally smarter than I am...

I reached out to him several times to seek his advice assuming the best person would be the one that originally prescribed him with the meds. I never even received a call back from him so I'm sure he's ignoring me. If you care about your health and want a doctor that care for your well being, this isn't the doctor for you.

Despite stating that they were not qualified to examine me, they submitted a claim for an office visit exam. I expressed concern with One Medical and after stating that I contacted my insurance company, the staff tried gaslighting me, and then just ended up ignoring me. Eventually they chose to block me from seeing my primary care provider without telling me (the staff simply would not respond to me) and wouldn't correct a prescription that was sent to the wrong pharmacy. While I'm sure there are some good people at One Medical, I ultimately had to take this to the State and Federal Medical boards in addition to my insurance company because the retaliation to my quality of care concerns were greenlit from the Director level (at least as far as I know).

He is so knowledgeable and always up on the latest studies so his advice is alway very sound. He is a truly caring human being. On the flip side, I have noticed that in the last maybe 2-3 years, getting a quick appointment with him has been virtually impossible. His availability seems to usually be 1 - 3 months out. When I send messages to him from the MyHealthOnline app, someone always intercepts them. I can't even message my doctor anymore. On top of that, this week I received a message in the app on behalf of Dr Tao from the Manager of Santa Clara Internal Medicine and Family Medicine. It basically said he was "reducing my clinical hours". I hope its nothing concerning with regard to him but Sutter has definitely made changes in the last few years that has made it impossible to see my long time doctor. Depending on what I observe in the next year, I might have to abandon them.

I've seen him for broken bones, sinus infections, to handling stress and weight loss. He is always encouraging and follows up on issues through simple phone calls. We share many mutual interests and I consider him one of my best friends as I can talk with him about everything. He is pragmatic and explains his reasoning behind his thoughts, a key item for me as I want to learn about what is going on. Looking forward to more years with my friend! ;-)) Thanks JT!@

Having worked with many physicians in this field, I can confidently say that these two are truly exceptional. They are patient, thorough, and genuinely take the time to listen to their patients concerns. My parents had been seeing their previous primary care physicians for over three decades, but recently, the service became unacceptable. Dealing with outdated office systems--like being forced to physically pick up a paper referral in 2026, was incredibly frustrating. I had been encouraging my parents to give Dr. Le and Dr. Do a shot because I knew how impressive their practices were. They are modern, tech-savvy, younger physicians who leverage the latest technology to enhance patient care, which I find incredibly important. My parents finally made the switch, and they had their first visit today (June 4th, 2026). I was blown away by the amount of time Dr. Le spent with them; he was diligent in getting to know their health history and provided thoughtful, actionable recommendations. Thank you, Dr. Le and Dr. Do, for the high level of care you provide. I look forward to continuing to send referrals your way!
