Then a corner was taken off one of my toenails, half of them are uneven, parts of the nails don't have enough glitter flakes, and my large toenail didn't get filed or taken off properly and looks like I have stuff under it. I paid for a deluxe but there was absolutely nothing done that was in addition to a regular pedicure....no paraffin wax, callous removal, etc. When we were finishing up, I asked Lisa if I could use the restroom. I was taken to my seat right away, given a complimentary little bottle of water and baggie of chips. The massage chair felt great, they were clean and safe wearing gloves and using a disposable cover for the foot bath. After showing a picture of what I was looking for they brought me shades of the color I wanted and were able to do a matte effect. The tricky part is always finding someone who can truly shape a nail beautifully and I was so happy to find Anna over at Victory nails to do the job. Arrived on a calm Sunday afternoon and was greeted and sat right away. Anna and her crew were so sweet and kind! I spent a solid hour in the chair gabbing away and enjoying getting pampered. At the end of it all, my French tip nails were amazing! Thanks ladies at Victory nails! I'll definitely be back
