I was traveling through for a work convention and this place had pretty good ratings. I'm not from the area and this had a decent amount of reviews on Yelp and was close to where I was for dinner. They were able to get me in pretty quick however the experience was subpar. I chose a white that had a sheer look to it so I understood it's not a solid color but a little more effort in having it be at least consistent would have been nice. The lady was a little rough with cleaning my cuticles and the whole service felt very rushed. I was trying to show in the pictures the inconsistency with the shape and part of the nail actually not being covered with paint. She overextended onto my skin and still ended up leaving the cuticles very choppy. In addition, I don't know what it is, but something was left on the polish before it was cured so now it's stuck in the nail. I've realized I don't need anything extra when it comes to my nails anymore--just clean, simple, and done well. This gel set is exactly that. Soft pink, short, and actually practical for real life. I work long shifts, I'm constantly using my hands, and I don't have the patience for anything high maintenance... these hold up. No chipping, no lifting, and they still look put together days later. Q really took her time with this set--super detailed, explained the entire process, and just very personable overall. The kind of service that makes you want to come back. I wanted to find the best maintained nail shop for long lasting nails. I walked in no appointment, waited for about 15 minutes. I got gel pedi and gel mani both with gel removal. They sat me on a pedicure spa chair and started working about 10 minutes after they seated me. I chose the classic $35 pedicure spa. It comes with calf scrub and callous removal, but my heel still was very scratchy after. I don't think it's worth. The vibes are very busy with one client after another, they're often rushing and it feels like one of those quick and easy nail shops. all very kind and nice though, I love their personalities despite the language barrier. After the pedicure, they moved me to a mani station, which they drilled a whole lot of natural nail off. My index has a dent now and I don't like the look of it. The gel mani left specks that I pointed out so she did them again, and it was fine after. The nail design was good. The edges were not cleaned up with alcohol and brush, she just swiped it with her nail which was very painful. She kept going over the edges with her nails. Which probably caused the early lifting (see photos). It's been 5 days and the lifting is turning white and very visible. The tips are intact. I wish it lasted longer, wish it didn't have lifting this early on. Total came out to 80 something and I added 20 dollars tip so ~$100 for both gel mani pedi. I will continue to look for my regular nail place in this area! read more

I'm in loooove! Q did this for me today and I couldn't be happier!!! Just what I asked for! I sent over a photo of the nails I wanted, prior to getting them done, to the owner for a quote and to make sure they were going to be able do the design I wanted. The communication from him was amazing! So helpful, thorough, and extremely flexible. I am so grateful to have found this shop! I contacted multiple different nail salons asking for quotes and ability as well, but after all the communication I decided to go to this shop specifically based on their portfolio. They had done similar nails before, so I felt very comfortable booking. The owner also assured me the design would be almost exactly what I wanted, if not perfect, and I couldn't be happier with the fulfillment of this!!! It came out absolutely beautiful. It is exactly what I wanted. The communication was amazing, the shop environment is so lovely, I never felt left out or judged in any way, talking to Q was the highlight of my day (she is so funny, kind, beautiful and talented WOWZA), the ladies are extremely kind and patient, they didn't make me feel pressured to pick a color out right away, they gave me options and waited until I was happy without a fuss. Just a laundry list of positives. This shop made me feel at home immediately. Immaculate service, crazy attention to detail, communicative upfront, welcoming and comfortable. This is definitely going to be my nail shop moving forward. I can't wait to book again!!! read more

So mixed feelings on this place I came in with my husband to get pedicures and my girl Hailey was great spent time in doing my pedicure. My husband started same time with another older lady and I asked him were she went and he said he wasn't sure literally my girl wasn't even halfway finished and his lady left the area and started a manicure on someone else no buffing on toes was told extra but yet I got polish for same price stupid for men to get extra charge for buffing when they don't get polish. I will go back but not great for men. read more
