Went to Liason based off of a friend's recommendation! I am so happy I decided to take her advice! Recently, I'd been trying different nail salons in town and had some horrible experiences. I went to Liason to have some nails repaired and get a new gel manicure. Cassie was super nice and really understanding that I was tired of having these awful nail experiences! She took her time, made sure each nail was done properly! She even checked the shaping of the nails multiple times to make sure it looked perfect. The manicure itself was great, my nail beds and cuticles are all well taken care of and no cuts of bleeding! The massage at the end of the manicure was very nice and overall I was super happy. I will definitely come back! Thanks to Cassie for such a stellar experience!

I love my hair. Thank you Sharissa for making an old lady feel young. I also loved the head and neck massage.

WORST PEDICURE EVER!! I was recommended to Liaison Spa for a pedicure by someone. My first visit, although a bit pricier than other places I was familiar with, was a good experience. Being reasonably pleased I went ahead and booked my next appointment with Cassie for the following month. However, a few weeks later I was going on vacation and went in for pedi and change of polish at a different salon. When I returned to Liaison a few weeks later for my scheduled appointment, the experience was much different. Everything LOOKED fine when she finished but within a few hours after leaving the salon, my feet were rougher and drier than ever. I was APPALLED!! For $63 I expected my feet to remain softer than a few hours...and at the very least, not be worse. When I went back to the salon the next day (still less than 24 hours after my appointment) I talked the salon owner who was less than concerned with the issue and offered nothing but excuses. I then went to speak to Cassie herself to find some sort of resolution. She had nothing to say except that she was sorry she couldn't accomodate me and that Nevada was dry. Like I was unaware of the climate conditions? I have lived here longer than she has been alive! I cancelled my next appointment and will NEVER be back again. If I am going to get a rookie pedicure, then I will go elsewhere and pay much less. Save your money because customer service at Liaison is non-existent.

I moved here almost two years ago and was struggling finding a great manicurist. Finally I found Cassie the best manicurist at Liaison Salon & Day Spa. She has been doing my nails and toes for almost a year now and she never disappoints. She does beautiful work, is pleasant and very professional. Don't look any further go see Cassie she ROCKS!

David is beyond amazing! He is the only one I trust with my hair. I love his work and always leaves my hair looking AMAZING. I will always recommend him to family and friends.

Clean, professional, everyone is so nice and welcoming! Will definitely be returning :) Ashley did my hair and she is so talented and wonderful! I'm so happy with the results, Can't wait to return

This is picture I brought in asking for.

This salon was very nice, clean, everyone was hospitable no drama. Even my stylist, Cynthia was very sweet. I would have loved to come back. Unfortunately my hair was bad, really bad. If you go here ask for a stylist who's name is on a good review. I took my chances on who answered the phone and regret it. I brought in pics of hair I wanted, see pics.... I didn't want a trim but she advised the bleach would damage my hair so I trusted her and agreed to a very slight trim following my current long bob. I did not have layers before this appointment. She did the bleach 'balayage' or 'ombré' and then no toner at all because she liked the pretty 'gold' color. My hair is a nasty brassy orange. Not at all what I wanted, asked for, or the picture I brought in. I will be paying someone else to fix my hair:( so bummed. But the worst part is I feel so bad saying this because she was so nice. But I hope no one else has this experience.

I have gone to this salon for awhile with my mom and decided I wanted to try a new stylist because I saw her work with blondes and I liked it. Diane had been doing my hair since a little bit before October so quite a few months. She treated me so nicely up until this point.... I got my hair done April 4th and asked for a balayage (pic will be posted of what I got and what I asked for) I walked out of the salon and went to my family's house and they noticed my hair was very patchy and unblended. I thought they were teasing me until I got home and realized my hair was a total mess.. it wax grayish purpleish, yellow blonde, and brown in patches and was NOT blended.. I then took pictures and reached out to my hair stylist Diane through Facebook since that's how we usually communicate for appointments. I told her I didn't like my hair and that I didn't want her to be upset or get her feelings hurt and that I would like for it to be fixed and she came up with a few dates that I couldn't go too. We agreed on April 14th at 4:30. I sent her a message letting her know I was on my way and that I would be a minute late due to traffic. I started driving (mind you I live 20/30 mins away and I commute just to see her) she then messaged me saying we had to reschedule and I was upset but I just left it at her saying she will find another date when she is by her appointment book. I never got a response back for a few days so I decided to message her and I never got a response again for a few days. I messaged again explaining again I was unhappy with my hair and when can we fix it. She proceeded to tell me she was so busy with things in her personal life and she came up with May 11th. I said fine and sorry to bug you. I then decided to message her and ask her if I could just have my money back because I'm truly I'm unsatisfied with how I would have to wait 3 weeks for her to fix my hair that she messed up. She didn't give me anything close to what I wanted. I paid 140 dollars for a color and cut and I tipped her 40 dollars on top of that. She messaged me back saying I could pick it up next Wednesday and I said thanks. She decided to message me the next day and asked for my address and said she can mail it to me. I said no I can just come pick it up (thinking it would be more convenient that way) she decided to tell me that she isn't at work today and I left it at that and said ok. She then proceeded to ask me for my address and started telling me that her attorney and accountant said to get my address so she could mail my refund and that in 31 years of business she has never had anyone ask for a refund and that if I want my money I have to give her my address. I started to feel uncomfortable at that point and felt like she was starting to get upset with me. So I said there's no hard feelings and that I'm not sure why she's upset with me, I'm the one unhappy and I'm not mad just not happy with my hair. She proceeded to ask for my address again so I asked her if she was giving me 140 or 180 back. She gave me her number so I assumed she wanted me to text her. I then asked her again how much she would be refunding me she then went on asking for my address and saying how I am harassing her WHEN she sent me her number! I'm disgusted with the way she's treated me as a client at this point! I never harassed her but only asked for my money back since she decided to blow me off and blow me off for 3 weeks like I didn't matter. I'm disappointed with how unprofessional she was about this situation. I gave her chance after chance to fix my hair and she blew me off so that's why I asked for my money back. I bought all the products she recommended and even RECOMMENDED her to family. I would NEVER allow someone who was a client of my own to feel this way if I was a hair stylist! Her professionalism is non existent. So disappointed The salon tried to see if they could fix this whole thing for me and see if she could just leave my money at the salon and I could come pick it up but since they are independent contractors it's up to the hair stylist. I appreciate the salon for trying to help me but she still insisted on having my address and I still felt uncomfortable to give it her so I wasted 180 on a botched hair cut and color.

    Megan never disappoints!

We both got 60min Swedish massages and a scalp massage add on. The massages were great, no complaints there! We like to go early to enjoy the amenities and we enjoyed the hot tub area which was only for 21+ but the rest of the pool/hot tub areas were extremely loud with children. It was not at all a relaxing atmosphere with the screaming kids and getting splashed by them doing cannonballs into the pool. The locker area, salt and relaxing room were not as nice as Spa Toscana either. They also do not accept Spa Finder gift cards which is what we usually use for our spa trips as well. Not a bad experience and a good second option but we prefer the Peppermill!

Normally when I get a deep tissue massage it is extremely painful to get everything out, not this time. I also added on the peppermint scalp massage and was I heaven! My husband got the Swedish massage and said it was great. We grabbed a brochure on the way out for a possible staycation in the future! There are small lockers and robes available but we waited in the lobby and where walked to Our room for the massage where there was lots of space for our clothes and items. Water and teas are available in the lobby and they do have a sauna but we didn't use it. I look forward to trying it next time!

WARNING TO FUTURE GUESTS: New Management Did Not Honor the Spa Package We Were Sold…read more Extremely Disappointing and Humiliating Experience I rarely leave reviews like this, but our experience with Elements Spa and the lodge where it is located was so upsetting that I feel future guests should know what happened, particularly if you are purchasing a spa package that advertises access to the lodge's private beach. I booked what was advertised as a 90-minute deep-tissue couples massage with access to the lodge's private beach. Because I was traveling with my family, I specifically asked the spa front desk beforehand whether my family could join me at the beach. I was told yes. Had I been told otherwise, we simply would have made different plans. Unfortunately, my massage with "Eddy" was one of the worst spa treatments I have ever received, and I have had many professional massages and spa treatments over the years. We were brought back approximately six minutes after our appointment time. During a significant portion of my treatment, the therapist simply rested his hands on my back while taking deep breaths. The remainder consisted primarily of extremely slow, light rubbing of lotion into my skin. There was virtually nothing I would describe as deep-tissue massage. It genuinely felt as though the goal was to let the 90 minutes pass rather than provide the treatment I had paid for. I questioned if he was even a professional masseuse after the treatment, because it was the most bizarre massage I've ever received. To be fair, my spa partner had a much better experience with Danielle. He described her as "very strong" and said his massage was something he would return for. The facility itself was also disappointing. The spa felt dated and run-down, with old carpeting and dingy, tiny bathrooms, and my massage was performed in what appeared to be an old hotel room. It was nothing like the relaxing or upscale spa experience I expected based on how the package was presented online. But the treatment we received afterward is the reason I am warning other guests. When my family joined me at the beach, as we had specifically been told they could, we were suddenly informed that the new lodge management would not honor what the spa/front desk had told us. Instead of recognizing that there was clearly a communication problem between the spa, front desk, and lodge management, the situation became hostile towards us, the paying customers. The new lodge management appeared to be a Middle Easterners, and specifically told us that they weren't affiliated with the Spa in any way shape or form and did not care what they sold us. We were ultimately escorted off the property while being accused of having "lied." This happened in front of my family and other guests and was incredibly embarrassing and humiliating. There were only four other people on the private beach besides our party of six. We had just spent nearly $500 on spa services and had specifically asked permission before ever bringing our family onto the beach. What makes this even more frustrating is that I personally approached the front desk and even offered to purchase a day pass so there would be absolutely no misunderstanding. I was assured that my family and I could enjoy the beach. I actually tipped the front desk employee because I appreciated what I believed was her helpful customer service. Yet when the new owner became involved, that assurance disappeared, and somehow we became the "liars." If the spa or front desk gave us incorrect information, that was an internal communication issue. Paying guests should not be publicly accused of dishonesty because management and the spa are not on the same page. I was willing to overlook an underwhelming massage. I was willing to overlook an outdated facility. I even tipped well because I don't like making someone feel badly about their work. What I cannot overlook is being told one thing before spending nearly $500, relying on that information, and then being humiliated and treated as though we had done something dishonest. This was supposed to be a relaxing first day of our family vacation in Lake Tahoe. Instead, it became one of the most uncomfortable and humiliating hospitality experiences I have ever had. My warning to future guests: If you are booking Elements Spa because the package includes lodge or private-beach access, get the exact terms in writing before you pay. Based on our experience, what the spa/front desk tells you may not be honored by the new lodge management. I will not return, and after the hostile and unprofessional way our family was treated, I cannot recommend Elements Spa or the lodge where it is located to anyone.

The last time I visited was in 2024, so I'm not sure how new the chairs are but they definitely have new gravity chairs in the relaxation room. The massage features of these chairs are amazing and unlike any of the pokey/stabby massage chairs you might normally think of. The staff were lovely and the food and drinks were delightful. I will say, be careful about any receipts you sign during your visit for food and drink, they apply an auto-gratuity (which is fine), but still leave a large empty tip line, so it's easy to double-tip if you don't notice. They will ask again when you check out of the spa if you would like to leave an additional tip, so you may even triple-tip on accident. Note: The staff and spa are wonderful and deserve the tip, I am just speaking from a smart consumer stand point.
