I don't often let people cut my hair because they either take too much off, too little or do whatever they want so I had not had my hair actually cut in a long time. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted so I booked am appointment intending to if nothing else, just get a trim...I am SO HAPPY I took the chance and booked my appointment with Kiera. I recently went to this lady to get my hair done at her own salon. I asked for silver and I was told by her that she could do it, I got very excited. I went to her three times unfortunately the last time I went to her, I left with blue hair that she called sea foam smoke which is not what I asked for I wanted, silver unfortunately she couldn't do it. I had no choice but to leave with that color hair, but that wasn't the worst part. My hair turned green after three days then it started turning brown with green spots, my hair started breaking off so much when I showered it looked like gum. My hair was completely destroyed. She said that my hair was completely healthy. It was not. Before I went to her I had long healthy brown hair unfortunately, after the last visit, my hair was no longer healthy my hair was damaged. It was destroyed within the three days I was able to see the damages so much hair broke off it literally looked like I had uneven layers. That's how much broke off all my fears had came true my hair was completely destroyed and damaged. It was breaking off and it looked like gum my confidence was destroyed. My heart was shattered, just being in the shower and seeing how much hair broke off, literally broke my heart that I literally had a mental breakdown on Christmas. I have recommended Kiera to everyone I know. The first service I went to her for was a hair cut with a blow out before a big event. So many people went up to me and complimented me on my hair. After that experience I knew she was someone I could trust to do my color. I was looking to do a big change (natural dark hair to blonde) and was having a hard time finding someone I would trust to do it that would not damage my very long and healthy hair. Kiera was the utmost professional and made me feel very confident in taking me to blonde. She started testing a strand of my hair after which we had a long conversation on what blonde we could get to. The day of she took her time and made sure everything came out perfect.
