He's doing active surveillance for several malignant cancerous areas within my Prostate....and I'm making fantastic progress. My Total PSA number recently was 2.5 points lower then when I first started seeing him, and the lowest in 6 years. I trust this man explicitly, as he's done MRI's explaining the results in laymen's terms, he has me on a regimen of bloodwork every 6 months and maybe another biopsy in a year.

He quickly got back to me on the results, and explained them indepth, as well as a treatment plan. I highly recommend him! (Also, as he reminded me, although his practice is at Comprehensive Cancer Center of Nevada, being referred to him does NOT mean you have cancer. Hematology and Oncology have a lot of overlap, and he does both.)

I left a voice message explaining that I was seeking care at this clinic. I missed the call back but did not receive any follow up information or voice message. I left another voice message asking for specific times that work better for a call, encouraged communication via voice mail, text and email but still no response. Disappointed as I saw good reviews, but it wasn't my first choice so I will look elsewhere for care (this is the second clinic I tried to connect with). Either way, still think it's important information for prospective patients that may be looking to find care here, and need consistent, high stakes treatment & office/doctor follow up.

I was a patient at this center for two years while I lived in Henderson. Dr. Kashef was not only…read morethe worst doctor I have ever encountered, but one of the most harmful people I have ever dealt with in my life. It is disturbing that he is still employed here and placed in charge of patient care. No one should ever be treated the way I was by this man. I was repeatedly dismissed, belittled, dehumanized, unheard, and invalidated. As someone battling a serious illness, I was stripped of my dignity simply to receive treatment. There were many days I wished I had succumbed to my illness rather than endure the way I was treated under his care. His behavior caused lasting damage, including severe trust issues with doctors, which is especially harmful for someone with a chronic and serious medical condition. I suffered significant trauma as a result of this experience, trauma that I continue to live with to this day. That is why I am writing this review years later. The nurses in the infusion room were the only positive part of this facility. They showed compassion and care that I did not receive from Dr. Kashef.

I tried making a complaint to the general manager…read more She offered no introduction, was immediately impatient, and repeatedly cut me off before I could explain that my previous calls had never reached resolution each time I was placed on hold, met with unavailable staff, or sent to voicemail. I had a witness present and the call was recorded, as the manager confirmed. I know how billing and insurance works and did not need to be spoken to in such an unprofessional manner. Dr. Hsieh was significantly late on two consecutive appointments once exceeding three hours with no updates or acknowledgment from staff. When he did see us, he was dismissive, spoke over me, ignored my concerns, and restated information I already knew. Type of care? Non-existent .
