I've been coming here for over a year and I won't go anywhere else. I absolutely love them! They'll do any design you ask for and are really clean.

Came in to see Andy and it was worth the wait he does an excellent job and takes his time to make sure your nails are exactly what you want.

NEW OWNERS!!!! So the Holly was amazing but with only two people ever working it became such a pain to go there! Now the new owner,Andy has a team of 7+ I can always walk in and be helped! I love the way Andy does my nails! He has the best attention to detail! Highly recommend!

OMG!! That's what I have to say! The best Nail spa to go to. Had a 911 nail emergency, Andy got work. I'm so please with the service and quality of the products that they use. Definitely coming back to get my nails done for my trip.

Benny has done it once again! I made an appointment Friday after work the place was busy as usual but I made it just in time for my appointment. I was greeted upon entering the salon and seated immediately. I told Benny exactly how I wanted my nails I got a new full set with gel DND polish. SATISFIED once again!

This visit was NOT what I expected and it left an incredibly bad impression about this salon. The…read moreupselling by the staff was non stop. I don't do acrylics - and I didn't want a gel manicure. Savannah, my technician spoke English but there was still some confusion when she talked about certain terms and techniques. I just wanted a standard manicure and did NOT want a gel polish. My normal natural nails had grown out nicely. And when I do get a a regular gel polish, my nails are strong and resilient. I thought she recommended a base strengthening polish followed by a traditional coat. I was to be traveling soon and wanted to be able to redo my own nails without requiring an entire hardware store to get rid of any color. Good grief, at the start, she just continued to coat my nails with some sort of goo that required multiple applications and subsequently multiple electric tools to level, buff and whatever else. This was absolutely not what I wanted or expected, but not knowing what I signed up for I let it continue. It was too late to change the progression now. Finally, she put on the color and guess what? More gel. I always like my nails squared off. It's just my preference. But they encouraged me to try an oval shape as it "lengthened the fingers and were better for my natural nail shape". OK, you folks are the experts. Wasn't a fan at all after they were cut and filed, but too little too late. While I was getting the manicure, I was aghast when Savannah looked at my face and commented on my eyebrows. I was astounded that she would do that. It was glaringly obvious that she was trying to sell a wax job. I wanted no part of it. Before my manicure, my husband and I had pedicures side by side. We like to relax, quietly chat between ourselves and just enjoy the pampering. I do not recall the name of my husband's technician, but she talked incessantly. When we politely tried to engage in whatever conversation she initiated she barely listened as she was more concerned how she was going to respond rather than what we contributed to the discussion. I couldn't wait to get out of there. We tipped generously but that's who we are. Service was rendered and gratuity matched the payment. We often see who we expect is the owner driving around town in a silver atrocious Tesla with his double swan logo. We are choosing to never support any of his salons again.

He pulled up a chair so I could sit beside her while she got her nails done. We were offered beverages three times, but I do not know if they were complimentary. The facility was busy with many customers coming and going. It was beautiful and large inside. Asian instrumental music was playing, it was rather quiet for the amount of people in there. Hunter did beautiful work and was very quick with his service. It was $70 for the acrylic nails. It was just what she wanted.

A friend of mine had gone here and had an amazing experience. She spoke highly of the person she had and the cleanliness of the place and how nice and organized everything was. I however had the WORST experience. With the pictures attached will show my complaint. I went in for a builder gel fill with french tips. First was the pricing, I was told it was $60 for a fill and $18 for French tips and somehow my total was $86. I was in a rush because I had another appointment but not so much in a rush that I needed to rush my appointment, I was there at 11:00am and my next appointment was at 2:30pm but I just needed to eat in between. The gentleman at 14 messed up my nail shape clearly didn't know how to do French tips. The pictures black set is what I went in with and the red is what he did. He missed spots, only did one coat, didn't remove all of the previous color, didn't evenly apply clear coat, and made my nails crooked. When I went back to get it fixed they told me that I would need to go to the same person or pay extra for a color change which would be near the same price I JUST paid. When redoing my nails, the nail tech teased me about being unhappy with my nails. The redo was equally bad in different ways. The clear coat is still uneven, the paint is lumpy, the french tip is STILL crooked and I only did it on 2 fingers total because they still wouldn't refund me for the french tips charge despite not getting french tips because the person who did it didn't know how to do it. If you choose this salon, know who to go to because not everyone is capable.
