I recently had my white coat "cleaned" here at Liberto. Upon receiving the coat, there was a tag noting the spot was unable to removed due to possibility of tarnishing the material. As I thoroughly looked over the coat, I began to see numerous of dirt specks still present on the coat. I will not return. I do not recommend to anyone. We recently dropped off clothing to Liberto Cleaners for a repair. We were very disappointed when picking up the items that they had cleaned them, not repaired them. We asked them to repair the garments as originally requested and paid. When my wife went to pick up the repairs, they tried to get us to pay again. A tattooed young employee told her that she was wrong and lying about it. Over a $12 bill. He yelled at her, made her cry and followed her outside screaming into the street. She came home in tears afterwards. When I asked her what happened she told me about her experience. I called the cleaners to ask what had happened and the young man answered and immediately told me that she was a liar and started screaming and cursing at me then hung up. I tried calling back a few times but he would pick up the phone shout over me, curse and then hang up. I finally gave up. Not going back and I'd encourage everyone else not to. Nobody needs that kind of drama and there are other cleaners in town. read more

My fiancé called prior to me going to the location to see if was possible for me to drop off my dress on a Wednesday and pick it up on the following Tuesday and he was told it was no problem. When I arrived it was if he never called and it would be a problem but they agreed to take my dress. I was given a receipt that stated Tuesday pick-up but no price. I asked for a price and was told I could call back. The dress has never been worn I just wanted it to be steamed. I also asked that my dress be kept in the garment bag from the designer. I arrived today to pick up my dress and the bags from the designer were not with the dress. The bags were found balled up in a bin and now have dirt along the bottom. Next I'm given my total $157. I was expected $60-75 to stream a wedding dress. The price should be disclosed prior and for a bill over a $100 you should check with the customer prior to performing any service to ensure the price is ok. This was my first and last visit to this establishment. Disclosure of prices at the time of drop-off or prior to starting service should be the standard. I was shocked to receive such a bill and was forced with no choice but to pay it because I needed my dress. read more

I'm new to town, so I had to do some googling before I could trust a dry cleaner in the area. The stragglers had better reviews than all the other ones in town, so I took a chance. I drop my clothes off on Wednesday morning, and was told that I would be ready for pick up on Saturday morning. I was a little bit surprised, since the dry cleaning back home takes about two days max, and this was stretching it to three. I called again on Friday around noon just to see if I could pick it up that afternoon since I was leaving town, and they were very kind and told me that my dry cleaning was already ready. Everything is very efficient, and the staff there is very kind. It is definitely more expensive than other dry cleaners in the area, but I would say it's worth! Courtney did an AMAZING job cleaning and preserving my wedding dress! We had a little too much fun at the reception, but you can't tell from how clean my dress is. She packed the dress and veil so meticulously that it took almost half an hour to unpackaged the dress for my second set of photos. The only reason I didn't give a five star rating is the price. Having experienced equally great service other places in the city, I think they could be a bit more price competitive. Great customer service. Hardly ever a line, and the employees are always incredibly friendly. They always get whatever odd stains I have in my silk blouses out (soy sauce, coffee, oil, ect) and for only $8-9 (that includes the silk $2 upcharge). The only dry cleaners I use in New Orleans.
