Rob found the problem right away and addressed it. He serviced two AC units. I have one on each side of my house and they both had some problems. I called late on Sunday night and left a message and one of the ladies in there office called me right away when they opened up and put me on the schedule. I know, sometimes with AC companies you can't even get them the same day. I'm a landlord so I've dealt with a lot of different AC companies. I like this one. These guys were really good. AC wasn't pushing cold air, they came the next day and fixed it. The Technicians was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Prompt service. Installed two heat pumps for us and did quality work. Price for units was fair and not over priced. They cleaned up all trash when they completed the job. Some of the owners/repairman are military veterans. read more

I woke up from a nice nap yesterday to, what the hell is going on! My air was running but it was hot and humid in my house. Not my lake house this time its my residence. Since it was after hours I didn't bother calling so I went into my closet and pulled out my reserve window unit. Slapped that little feller in the window and after sweating about 7 lbs off my already small compromised body, I waited for over and hour for it to cool down my bedroom and living space. The other half of the house I cut off with blankets in the hallway. At least I was able to function through the night. I called Jessica at liberty Air once again and told her my outside unit was not working. She didn't waste one second of time and said I will get you on the schedule for today! I know they are very busy and did not expect that I would be able to get service for a day or so. To my surprise, just over an hour later my unit was fixed and running like a champ! Dishonest company that is not willing to make good on their mistakes. They charged me over $1,200 to fix a leak in a condenser line at my house but it was not properly patched. Less than a year later my unit went out again. When I called them back to take a look, the same technician that made the initial patch pretended like it was a new leak and tried charging me again to fix his patch! I went into the office and tried to work it out with ownership - one person said they would, "make it right," but then another partner, Dillard, texted me later and refused to fix it or issue me a refund. They also said it was necessary to discard and refill all of my refrigerant last year which I came to find out was not necessary at all. read more

Was looking for a summer service for my A/C. Got lots of recommendations for Liberty Air in Liberty Hill and now I see why. When I first called the annual service plan was offered. Included 2 service visits. One for summer and one for winter at a very fair cost. First visit was today. I was contacted yesterday on the appointment time and again this morning to let me know the technician was in route. He was friendly, seemed knowledgeable, and even complimented us on how clean our unit was kept. Highly recommend. read more

Bubba was extremely helpful in giving me all the realistic info I needed to keep my 10yr old system running well. Three words: GREAT customer service! And they do great work too! My husband and I were so impressed with how quickly they came to our aid and how they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We've had issues with our two carrier units since our home was built 9 yrs ago and we had been using a different company that would nickle and dime us for everything! So we switched one day and enter Liberty. Of course, yet again, something else went wrong and they came to the rescue a second (evening call) and third time within just a few days. I can't say what they did with us is their policy for everyone but what I will say is this... After these last three visits, we're sticking with Liberty until we move out of the area. Trust me.
