Purchase several items from this seller and they couldn't fill the order. They charged me for shipping and only refunded me for the item I ordered that never shipped out. When I contacted them they refused to refund the shipping for the item that didn't ship out. I would not recommend this seller. read more

Terrible experience. Rude employees terrible prices. I would not go back until they've made some big changes. Also don't get weird with people in the store when they're petting the dogs that are running around. Don't bring your dog to work and let them run around customers if you don't want people petting them. Much better places in Harrisonburg for buying ammo or guns/accessories. I am a relatively new gun owner and a young one. I came to this store mostly due to location and otherwise not having been to a firearms store (didn't know what to expect). While the people there didn't do anything blatantly wrong, they also didn't seem interested in me. Maybe I didn't seem like a serious buyer or something but they would answer my questions and nothing more. I ended up buying an fn509 m from them and the process went as expected. Slight delay in the background check but probably since I was a first time buyer. Since then I've been to two other shops, one in Harrisonburg and another in Winchester. I've been with my mother who is terrified of guns and alone. Both shops were incredibly helpful and went well above what I expected to provide insight into what I or my mother may be looking for and providing tips for shopping. I would tell them what the purpose of the firearm was and they would provide suggestions based on need which I consider in other circumstances basic customer service. That being said it seemed night and day to the atmosphere around liberty arms. They seemed more interested in making the sale and getting me out than spending time developing a repeat customer. I had been interested in a Glock 43 and they said they had sold their previous stock and took down my info in order to call me when they received another. It's possible they still haven't gotten another one but I haven't heard back for a month and a half so I ended up buying one from one of the other shops I visited. All in all they will give you what you ask for if you know what to ask for but don't provide much insight beyond that. In a state that's becoming democratic and starting to challenge the 2nd amendment, I would have thought a shop would work harder to help their customers especially but not limited to new or prospective gun owners. read more

Visit every vacation. Usually deal with the 38 super guy. He's awesome. Today, folks just walking around me this time. Gentleman from the back passed me twice. Didn't offer to help. Counter folks waited on two folks who came in after me. Just wanted primers that were in a locked glass case. Should've bought when 38 super was here on Monday. Will only return when 38 super's truck is here. By the time they finally offered to help, I was too frustrated. Decided to go without much needed primers. 1 star for today 5 stars for 38 super guy on Monday. Average is 3 stars. Hope to see you next year. read more
