So if you move out on the second, you have to pay the whole month. That way they get every single penny out of you they can. The location is out of the way, there is never anyone there, and they take forever to get back to you if you have a problem. Better luck at Uhaul or some other place.

His security system is intrusive and forces you to exit the building every half hour and reenter your security code. There is a serious rodent infestation which caused damage to my belongings in only one short month of occupancy. Mr Keener terminated our rental agreement without cause and tried to force me out in less than 24 hours. I called the police because it was not possible for me being disabled with back injury to relocate that quickly. He was very aggressive and belligerent and caused much distress to my 14 year old service dog Ella and me. With a police officers help arbitrating, Mr Keener agreed to give me a full refund of the months rent that I had just paid as well as an extra day to move. I moved out as expected but Mr Keener is refusing to give me my refund. Just coming here to our scheduled meeting which he did not show up for has made Ella vomit twice and is causing me so much anxiety. I am disabled and have a fixed income. I cannot afford to have my short amount of funds stolen by despicable thieves like him. The police officer was asked by me to attend the meeting to get the refund ,which Mr Keener was a no show, told me I would have to file action in claims court which I will do today. Its unfortunate that there are people like him that will take advantage to steal from a disabled women and intimidated us by raising his voice, making threats and posturing. The staff was wonderful to me . The price is right for my size of container. They keep the yard plowed in the winter months so that I can get to my container in Turner. Some with the Auburn location.

The person working with me even made a couple of decent jokes while going through the rental agreement I was signing. After reading some of the reviews I was originally concerned about doing business with this company. However, I was in a pinch and needed a vehicle for a move. I crossed my fingers bit my lip and much to my surprise the negative reviews are from people who can't read fine print or understand the companies billing process, or they came into this stressed out because they were moving.

Their employee told me that the $100 would be refunded and the actual price was $75. When I returned the rental and received the receipt it was double what my contracts says. They told me that because I didn't use CASH that there was NO deposit to be returned and that even partially the $200 + is not going to be refunded let alone the manager hung up on an irate customer who raised their voice and did NOT use foul language which made the customer even MORE irate and the regional manager is in agreeance with the store.
