This place is doing weird math! Purchased some items which in my mind didn't add up. This lady adjusted the prices without explaining the receipt wouldn't show correct adjustments! Liberty tells me the price but their receipts doesn't reflect the change! There are two sides. A medical and a recreational. The facility is large, with a comfortable waiting room and helpful budtenders. It is one of the few dispensaries I have been in that didn't make me feel like I was doing something illegal. Although, I do look forward to the day when marijuana is legal federally so I can use my damn credit cards. The selection is good, and I suspect it will get better as the business settles in. It could do with a broader selection of edibles, but I had no trouble finding a flower worth smoking. read more

I absolutely love this dispensary. I got my medical card back in 2021 and liberty was the first dispensary I went to and since then I've kept coming back. They have the most amazing customer service. They make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. You can ask them any questions and they will never make you feel uncomfortable or rushed. They have a lot of good deals and their liberty wallet app is awesome! I go in about once a week to get the things that I need so i've gotten to know many of the employees there and the one and only time I had an issue which was with a cartridge coming half empty they immediately fixed it and got me a new one no problem at all. They're truly amazing people and always treat me with the utmost respect! I recommend them 1000% I will always be going to liberty over any other dispo! This was the first dispensary I went to and it's a dispensary I keep going back to. The staff is very knowledgeable; I gave them my likes and dislikes and what I'm looking for in a product. They always have some sort of sale going on. I often come out of there with a full bag and less than $50 spent. My husband and I both enjoy the products. I've gone to other dispensaries, and here I don't feel like I'm being pushed into buying a product I don't need or a product that they're just promoting. read more

My favorite dispensary in Oakland county. They are stacked on both med and rec products. Also they have a tiered reward system and you can pay via an app that links to your bank account with no fees. Much more cost effective than an atm. ATMs are for suckers. Use the liberty app. read more

Used to be a loyal customer to Liberty Cannabis until today when I went in and was accused of having a fake ID when again, I have been a loyal customer and have shopped there with my legal and valid drivers license for months. Dave at the front desk had a manger and two other women come up and look at my ID. He said it was valid when it was scanned but it looked fake because I have an enhanced license. He said that if it was fake he would not be allowed to give me my ID back and the female manager gave him permission to give it back to me which made no sense at all. They were rude, could not explain to me why all of a sudden after months of being a loyal customer my ID seemed fake and almost did not give it back to me. I will not be returning and would advise that you take your business to PUFF on John R in Madison heights were they have outstanding customer service and better deals/prices. read more

I'm sorry but anyone who gave these guys anything higher than 2 stars has never been to another dispensary. They sell platinum carts for 30 a cart or 2/50 while most places (like puff down the street) are doing 10/100. This place is ridiculously over priced and their product kinda sucks. Bought their house made wax and it was straight brown like when wax first came out. When I tried to exchange the lady told me there's no butane in their wax and didn't even know that most wax is made with butane (especially there's) after I explained it to her. Which I will say they were kind enough to let me exchange for some other wax I remember being one of the worst I've bought from a dispo.
