Their website is super easy to use, I prefer online ordering for pickup. The interior is super fun and has lots of cannabis-related decor. Sometimes the front desk staff can seem grumpy but I don't pay much mind to that. The bud-tenders are always fantastic. They're super friendly and knowledgeable, I love to chat them up! Their customer service is amazing. One specific time, I had ordered online for pickup at 8pm. Upon arrival I saw a woman leisurely pacing the sidewalk past the entrance to the store. Since it was dark outside, I felt worried that she might be behind something suspicious. So after I finished my checkout in-store, I asked if one of the staff could watch me walk to my car to make sure I made it there safely. She was super kind and understanding and had no problem doing so for me. I'm always thankful for this kind of service. This dispensary is my go to, their promos are fantastic. I couldn't recommend them more!

What I was supposed to get

look how they tricked me they advertised a live cart but I did not receive a live cart

Honestly I wish I could say something nice about this place but only thing nice is the people...do not waist your time coming to this dispensary!! all time worst dispo to get flower & concentrate from!! The flower is dry, seemed like it was sitting in the back for ages & doesn't smoke nice at all. wax...isn't even wax I got sugar on parchment paper, that looks like someone's greasy foreheads been all over. My "wax" looks like sugar... worst place to spend your money!

Personally, I find this establishment to be one of the best dispensaries in the DMV area…read more Constantly good deals, and a nice staff that always offers help. This is my primary store of choice and despite what I may dislike about the store, I do come back. There are times where the shop does experience a lot of traffic and can take up to 40 minutes to finally get to the counter! I've been coming to this shop since they were known as Harvest and there have been notable changes in how things are run - Some good, some bad. But none of these changes have focused on trying to remedy the traffic problem. I get it, sometimes it can't be helped. However, I saw another review mention the introduction of kiosk... knowing the space available in the store that may not be possible, but I do believe something needs to be done (this is what really made me leave a review). Words cannot explain how annoying it is to wait over 30mins for product and having that time extended because medical patients must be seen first and 1 or 2 just walked in right as it was your turn up next . As a regular customer, if there's anything I would want to see fixed, it's that! It would also be nice to allow us as customers to view daily deals at least a day before hand. From what I've seen, there are many deals that are recurring and happen seem to already have their own schedule. For example spending a certain amount on Wednesday gets you a chance to spin the wheel. Thats been going on for months if not over a year! If that's something that always happens I don't see why it can't be added to the website as something customers can see. Lastly, when it comes to payment. For a long period when you use your card to pay the system would round the total to the nearest 10th dollar (I.e if total was $32 you would pay $40 on card + 3 withdrawal fee). I believe at the start of the year this changed to rounding to the nearest $5 ( $32 total to $35 total) I really liked this change but it seems to have been short lived as the system has gone back its original rounding. Not sure the reason but there is someone who would like to see that come back. To those wondering, yes, they give you the difference back in cash but I just find the rounding to be a little high. This all comes from a regular, love all that y'all do but would love to see some changes made.

Some people hold the line to ask many questions but the crew have no choice but answer them. Opportunities: you can open kiosk for the people in line. Can have a drink vending machine. Kiosk ordering in-store, you can ask for help and they're quite friendly; staff knows the in-store inventory and can recommend. Also sell merch and paraphernalia. When I returned, a different manager told me the veteran discount only applies to medical patients and also would also not apply to any promotions. The inconsistency was frustrating, and the brusque interaction with the manager was curt abrupt and unhelpful. Restricting veteran discounts to only medical patients makes absolutely no practical sense and makes the discount seem performative. Former service members know that being a veteran is being part of a brotherhood. Recognition and appreciation for our military service should not depend on whether we hold a medical card or not. For comparison, the nearby competitor dispensary (Rise) honors veterans across the board, applies their 22% discount on top of promotions, and their staff is consistently helpful and friendly. Verilife needs a more thoughtful approach to how they treat veteran customers.

He was very knowledgeable and attentive and prescribed meds that really helped me out. In addition, he took the time with me over the phone to find the most convenient pharmacy for me to go to based on my location. I think it says something when a Dr. is able to make someone feel they are being taken care of through a phone conversation.

WARNING: WORDY! Summary: FIVE STARS! Best doctor ever,…read morerepresenting his patients' best interests and offering an efficient, cost-effective medical concierge practice for the busy DMV professionals. He's an integral part of the medical expert team for this Crohns patient! I became intrigued in the whole "medical concierge" principle after my well-esteemed, knowledgeable and kind doctor of 10 years moved to Florida. This loss served as one less reason to tolerate the intolerably inefficient and rude "front desk" personnel and extremely long waits (first in the waiting area and then yet again in the exam room). To add insult to injury, I was reassigned to a doctor that lacked in so many ways; including proper communication... (what doctor switches medicine dosages at refill and cancels surgery days before it happens with absolutely no advance notice. Then, the arrogant attitude of this unselected "replacement" doc was the cherry on top of a gut wrenching sundae. I was able to temporarily move to another doctor within the practice until I could move to a new practice. I met Dr. Mintz in early 2018 at at event and then did my own research on concierge medical services. I had heard of it before as being almost like having a doctor on call. Easy appointments, ease of communication (email, phone call, text, etc), NEARLY ZERO wait time for doctor appointments, ease of scheduling, easy billing, no administration burden, quick (sometimes even same day appointments). What is there not to appreciate. The best part was, to my very surprise, it is very affordable (less than I pay for a monthly gym membership). It was something I definitely wanted to try, so I enrolled in February and have been there ever since. I don't envision myself anywhere else (so long as he doesn't move to Florida ;), and it is not just because of the concierge aspect either. Dr. Matthew Mintz is truly a stand-up gentleman! I warned him in advance that I would be a difficult patient (with a nearly unmanageable case of Crohns!), but he didn't even flinch! He's a very kind-hearted, caring doctor. I don't ever feel judged about my medical issues/questions or talked down to (despite the fact that he's the expert and medicine is not my field). He keeps me well-informed of test updates, notes from specialists, his own recommendations, treatment options and always takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and do follow-up research as necessary. He takes pride in his practice, respects his clients and seeks to make medicine more practical/accessible/easy. I definitely trust him with my health and am happy to have become acquainted with his practice. He also takes great pride in helping others, frequently teaching and providing experience to interns. Finally, I also love his front desk. Tina is very kind and efficient as well. Great team! I would (and frequently do!) recommend Dr Matthew Mintz's practice to everyone! It's great for anyone; but especially busy parents and professionals and those who travel frequently.

They've nailed three vital organs of the small business world - things that make them stand out in a very noticeable way: The customer service is true "white-glove" level. Every employee here knows their stuff, treats you with genuine kindness, and actually listens! *GASP* I know, right?! There's no rushed vibe, no confusion: just knowledgeable, thoughtful service and budtenders that make every visit feel fluid, yet also personable. The inventory stays loaded! From premium Sativa/Indica/Hybrid (Sativa and Indica Dominant, as well as 50/50) strains to everyday essentials - carts, concentrates, and edibles (my husband and I often purchase gummies - they're wonderful!) - they always have variety and something for every price range. I've never walked out of GLeaf and felt disappointed. It's consistent, and that's rare. They open at 8:00 AM - not 9:00 AM. That extra hour makes a significant difference for those of us with a busier schedule. It's one of the few dispensaries in the area that gets how real life works, and im so grateful for that: both strategic and compassionate! And, I have to say: the folks at GLeaf feel like family. I recently came in with a whole bag of 10 boxes of different Mike & Ike flavors and let every employee grab their favorite. The smiles, the laughs - it felt like a little moment with my medical cannabis family. And yes: they totally deserved it! If you're in Rockville (or anywhere nearby, really), GLeaf is THE spot: both for recreational and medical grade cannabis products. Everyone is simultaneously professional and friendly, their inventory is always stocked to the brim with what's hot, and it's just always a great experience going there. Highly recommend.
