Shannon likes to use Japanese mint oil, so if that's not your thing best let her know in advance. Real sports massage, no pain no gain the way I like it, felt great after. Very professional treatment with a bottle of water at the end, nice touch. Definitely recommended. The only downsides to this clinic are that the parking is small and crowded (try street parking), and the masseuses share the space with a gym, which makes for a lot of heavy breathing, grunting and groaning in the background. Does kinda make one feel lucky to be on the table instead. Now if I could only burn calories by proxy!
