I made the appointment on recommendation of a friend who is also a patient of hers. I booked an appointment for my son just because he has a bit of a weaker immune system. The office is spacious and clean, with a large seating area with comfy chairs and an awesome plush carpet. My son couldn't resist taking a role across it plush carpet. They offer several services including chiropractic services message, acupuncture and physiotherapy. Despite the appointment being delayed a half hour I left her office feeling satisfied with the visit. Dr. Khamba really took the time to listen and asked the questions that needed to be asked. What she recommended were some simple vitamins and probiotics. She also recommended a food sensitivity test called IgG. Which I will let you all know is not covered by my health insurance plan and is a wee bit pricey. (Although well worth it from what I can tell from my research) Above all I really got the sense that she cares about her clients and has a passion for what she does. If you're considering becoming more proactive about your health I would definitely recommend a visit with Dr. Khamba. Her approach is mainly diet based. No voodoo snake oil stuff here. My friend who has a gazillion allergies and suffers from eczema and frequent illnesses has seen huge improvements in her health since seeing Dr. Khamba. And what's crazy folks even her eye sight has improved. I'm talking needing a new prescription for her glasses better. I hope my son will have a similar experience.

After two sessions this week he suggested I get a massage (as I hadn't had one for a "few" years). I had a knot in my lower back that just wouldn't listen to his care. So Wednesday morning I called into their office and got in to see Keziah that afternoon. OH MY GOD!! She was awesome!!! Although Dr Fleck recommended all the massage therapists in his office, I was able to get her in short notice. It was the best deep tissue massage I ever had and she knew exactly how much pressure to apply. Where to apply it and for how long. I was able to dance my way out of the office that afternoon and still moving perfectly today. Because of Keziah I'll be able to golf on Friday with no concerns. So if anyone wants a recommendation for a massage therapist contact Baseline Chiropractic and Wellness Center and asked for Keziah Ragui. And a recommendation for a chiropractor would be Dr. Fleck. The office is in a new complex so it looks awesome and they always keep it clean. It's a friendly atmosphere to walk into and the comfort feeling is definitely strong. He also isn't one of those chiropractors who see you once or twice and then puts you on a long-term plan that you see him 3x/week forever or anything like that (those feel like money grabs, don't they?) His idea is that he adjusts you and you feel better, and you shouldn't need to see him regularly. Novel concept. I know a lot of chiropractors don't do manual adjustments anymore - and Dr.Poon also has newer techniques as well, but I was specifically looking for this technique (increasingly hard to find). It works for me and if he knows what he is doing, I feel comfortable and safe. The clinic itself could use some updating, but I don't really care if the treatments work. They also do direct billing to insurance companies, and are flexible with their appointments/take walk ins, so the convenience is really great.

She uses a combination of percussion massage, impulse, ultrasound, and laser treatments to keep me more mobile. She's a delight in person, and quite gentle. It went a little crazy and somehow got turned up really high. It really freaked me out because it hurt. From then on, my therapist massaged me herself - no more machines - which I really appreciated. But this is a very small practice with 1 Chiropractor, 1 full time RMT and 2 part time massage therapists. The entrance and waiting room is nice and big. It is quite simply decorated. The rooms are nice, and the table was very comfortable and quite. There is lots of parking, but it is a busy lot as they are located next to a Shoppers, which is located beside a Safeway. If you are looking for a massage, especially for therapeutic reasons - not just a "spa" experience. I highly suggest booking in here and seeing Amanda. She has fantastic hands and is amazing at helping, healing and feeling like your best self.
