They provide the right insulation for your needs and are fully cognizant of all safety regulations and precautions required for the homeowners (and pets) as well as for their workers. They installed spray foam insulation in my home's crawlspace which included required sprayed fireproofing. At my request they gladly set up a special air flow system to withdraw air from the crawlspace area to outside because there are no windows or air vents in the crawl space to remove any lingering odors from the fireproofing/insulation. That system worked perfectly and quickly dispelled all odors. It had unexpectedly snowed in the early hours of that day, and I was amazed that the workers actually and happily shoveled my driveway to get the company truck closer to the house! They would not even step on my floors without first putting down drop cloths and then they carefully suited up with protective coverings and got right to work which took several hours. The owner checked on the job that day and the next couple of days. Now that is top notch service!!

Insulation in exterior walls were not installed to R15 pack as claimed. House is cold. Walls I have insulated personally are warm to touch, walls they supposed filled to R15 are cold from exterior temperature. The exterior holes they make, they don't seal those properly to avoid cold and hot air from entering. I had to do that myself to stop air from entering walls. Do yourself a favor and find another company to do the work. I bought into his nice guy, great business, great reviews bull and now I'm paying the price for it. Chris and his crew completed the work from the interior of the house in a single day, and I was exceedingly pleased with the results. My second project, completed last week, was for insulating the entire house with blown-in cellulose from the exterior of the house. As the exterior sidings are aluminum rather than vinyl, this was more difficult and more time-consuming, as aluminum does not bend as easily. In fact, another company informed they do not work on houses with aluminum siding as the risk of damage is too great. But Bennett and his crew were such efficient and hard workers that they completed the job in two days with no damage to the siding.
