I have lived here over nine years now. This is truly affordable living in a beautiful established community. The people here are friendly and our homes are owner occupied only, no rentals allowed, which makes a big difference in mobile home communities. We the residents bought the park and formed a co-op a couple years ago and more and more amenities keeping coming to us since. I've seen some bad reviews that indicate that we don't like children or we've had to evict someone. Yes, there are rules here. Children are welcome to play in their own yard and in any public areas, just not in other people's yards with no permission. And yes, if you don't pay your lot rent, you will be evicted. And yes, there is a background and credit check to move here, like anywhere else. The rules are necessary and keep our community nice. This is a wonderful place to live. read more

This share will be wiped out like the dozens of others before this. Liberty Landing Trailer Park is just that, a Trailer Park. It's not the Mayberry they want you to think it is. Once you sign the papers you are trapped. I forewarned people. They thought I was kidding. They signed the papers and a week later they found me and said, I thought you were kidding... Don't rent here. These guys are the classic money-grubbing jerks. Offering little service at…read morepremium prices. I had to move 5,000 miles away for my job, and they will not allow me to break my lease for a cause. The management is demanding three months lease~ about $3k while I live across the ocean. I approached them nicely and in person, was a good renter for seven years, never late or a problem. Additionally, the prospective renter should note: 1. Building washing machines are habitually broken. 2. The apartments leak air like a sieve. I attach a photo of my window from last winter- the ice is on the INSIDE. When I asked if they could do anything, they said NO. 3. Frequently, when the weather is below freezing, the fire alarm sounds. The building is so poorly insulated that internal water pipes freeze and break. A significant pipe break causes a drastic loss in pressure sounding the fire alarm. This chain of events usually happens at the coldest time of day, 4 am, so you are standing in the street until maintenance and the FD arrives and can turn off the alarm, usually about an hour. 4. The broken pipes usually flood the building near where they occur. This sequence happened at least once a year in my seven years of living there. Like I said, don't rent there.

Dan the owner was overly helpful on so many levels. He helped set up and insulated my water for the crazy cold KC winters. Plus I didn't have the best sewer connection, he ended up creating a pvc pipe connection for me. It's a great place for long stay parking, especially if you are in KC for a few months working like I was. It's very clean and well lit. Full hookups for 50 or 30 amp electricity, water and sewer. There is no WiFi or cable. I ordered an AT&T DSL as the other local companies don't service the area. AT&T was great. You pay the monthly electricity and water is included. Call first, set up a meeting with Fan and schedule a time to pull in. I have a 1989 24' Class C and a perfect spot, but there were quite a few larger Motorhomes and Campers.
