Been here many times now, convenient for me because I live in a neighborhood near First Coast High right down the street. They do have a discount for delivery to my neighborhood but I've never used it. Ok disclaimer out of the way. My wife and I were confused at all the choices and wanted a small selections of flowers and things to plant together around the house. Sheri came up to us and started making suggestions for us. Not high pressure sales tactics just answers to all my thousand questions and quite helpful with a couple of suggestions after carefully listening to what we thought we had in mind. Needless to say we kept coming back. I'm hesitant to put Sheri's name in this review because if enough people know here by name we won't ever get to work with her again. I subsequently went back in the middle of a rock project and was at the end of my rope on the back breaking work of spreading rock and asked her if she might know a company that might help with that. She again listened carefully and plucked a brochure from the rack and said try these guys. They were available and the price was right! Project complete. One other occasion lately I was in a fix for a Christmas Tree because of a flooring project running a muck, anyway I brainstormed this idea for a citrus tree to use for a "Charlie Brown" tree and she was glad to help pick out the absolute best LIMEQUAT tree for us. Liberty (Main St. location) - I called all over town trying to find a Red Bud tree which are difficult, if not impossible, to find this year? Collin was the only person I contacted that said he would search for me? He was able to find one! When it arrived at their location, the crown was dead...certainly not his fault - and said he would try to find another. Unfortunately, there were no red buds to be found this year. I went to their location and picked out a Winged Elm instead. Garron at the sales office could not have been more efficient, helpful or pleasant and scheduled my install. The plant material and trees are great quality which tend to out live a lot of the box stores plants I have purchased. The staff here is very knowledgeable and eager to help you with your landscaping projects. Their reply"Thank you for taking the time to fill out our Military Discount Form. In order for us to be able to add a military discount to your profile, the names on the email and ID card must match." How many people use their real name spelled out on their email? He was very helpful to us when deciding to make our selections of what we wanted in regards to low maintenance landscaping. We loved the plants and flowers he picked out.
