The 5 yards were delivered and I gave it a day to dry out and it still looks brown (like the brown pea gravel and I am trying to replace). I called to make sure I received the correct item and was told that unfortunately it is a natural product and they can vary and the last batch they received was browner. I asked why they did not call the customers who ordered the white to let them know before just delivering it and taking their money. The only response I received was "there is nothing we can do once it goes to your property and it is a natural product". Needless to say I will not use them again.

About 3 years ago, I bought four beautiful trees from Southern Tree Farm and had them planted by…read morethe company. Two trees were in small containers and they have done wonderfully well after planting! However, the two larger trees have struggled for three years and one of the trees is slowly falling to pieces. The one that is clearly going to die had a cut main root when it was planted. I was told by the staff that it would live if it survived the year. It survived but is not going to be here by next year. The other large tree is struggling but might make it. I've recently read that when planting trees from containers you must unroll the root ball. I know this wasn't done and I suspect it is the main problem. The dying tree can easily be rocked back and forth and could probably be pushed over. The roots have not spread out. I've used other Shaw service with good results but I don't think I will in the future.

I want to start a medicinal & tea garden and he is so helpful for when and what to start. I tasted this really weird tasting plant that tasted like Chinese mustard and I'm floored this exists! Im so addicted. They have an area now that has chickens and pigs and medicinal plants growing. It's just a whole experience to go. I love that they employ ones with disabilities as well as support the community in that way. This is one of Jacksonville's total gems!
