When I told her I didn't have the money to replace all of my windows now, she said, well I have to tell you we are booking out to 8 weeks. That's the same as getting a ridiculously high quote for a job a contractor doesn't want to do. I guarantee you if I wanted all of my windows replaced, I would not have an 8 week wait. If you're looking to replace all of your windows and doors, perhaps this is a good option for you but clearly they could not be bothered with a "small job" like mine when there's bigger fish to fry. So when it's time to replace my windows, and that day is coming, because they didn't want to help me now, I won't go to them for the big job.

Called them again immediately after this proof was provided and Suzanne lied to me and stated the permit office has not called them nor provided them with the permit's. Suzanne stated she would follow up and call back. Still no call back from her - weeks later. Tried to bypass Suzanne to get to the original sales rep Brad. Suzanne and Whitney do not pass calls to Brad and state he is 'in the field". Due to their lack of action - now we have internal damage to the home. They have the deposit but don't actually complete the work. The office staff are liars and I was raised to never call anyone that but in this case valid with proof, it fits this situation. I see from the other yelp reviews there is consistency in what I am saying. I hope that if you are reading this you do not use them. I never would again, taking advantage of a Senior - getting their money and leaving them without the work being done. Disgraceful. Next stop. Better Business Bureau.

Can't stress enough to not use them. I was later notified from the company that they did not guarantee patch work on my roof; however, this was not a patch job it was for a full tape removal on all seams and new tape installed on all seams which was part of the contract. Where the leaks are occurring are more to where their gutters and new seam tape was done by them not from the roof . Prior to their work on the replacement of the seam tape seal, I had one leak on my roof and after their repair I have 4 which shows that the leaks are not caused by my roof, but their unwillingness to stand behind their work. I spent over $5,000 with this company and their final invoice stated a 2 year guarantee on parts and labor. I would consider installing new tape on the seams as parts and labor and they still do not stand behind that guarantee. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
