So many limousine services were unresponsive, difficult to contact, etc. NOT Byers--from the get go Shelley was warm and professional, calling me right away to discuss details and make sure everything was timed correctly and how I wanted it. She was also in contact in the weeks leading up to the wedding, as was James, to make sure that I knew everything would be okay. On the day of, James was our driver. The limo was beautiful and clean, and he was awesome!
