    I absolutely LOVE Kilgo Insurance Agency! I had USAA for many many years, I would have to jump…read morethrough loops just to talk to the right person, Everytime I called USAA I had to plan to be on the phone for about a hour. It's the complete opposite with Kilgo Insurance Agency. When my husband and I first got married we had a fight over who would switch their insurance over, I wasn't ready to leave USAA as I felt like you should stay a loyal client to someone. I spoke to Jason Kilgo a number of times, I went back and forth trying to prove what I had compared to what they could offer. One day when I called, Jason asked me to run down all the details of my current insurance coverage, (it was pretty detailed!) Jason asked what I currently pay. I gave him the magic number, He quoted me about $30 more than what I was paying, I felt like I won our first marriage battle, Then he continued on, He started to explain their coverage, the little things that make them different, Example, I had only 30,000 of bodily injury. Naive me, I thought that was plenty, My husband had been injured before and he let me look at those bills years later, reconstructive knee surgery, Approx. $50,000. It was eye opening, I now have $300,000 bodily injury. That's just the beginning! His staff is awesome, they are loyal to the company, that simply means that they know Kilgo Insurance Agency like the back of their hands. I find that to be comforting, Any question I have ever had they don't even have to hesitate, they give an informed, detailed answer. I have full coverage on two of our four vehicles, liability on the other two. Jason took the time to explain to me each piece of our new insurance policy.     No One returns calls ? After 5 years as a customer, I'm extremely disappointed in the level of…read moreservice I received. As a 65-year-old newly retired customer, I reached out to explore options after downsizing to one vehicle (a 2016) and switching to liability coverage. What should have been a simple request--removing a car and providing an updated rate--took nearly a week and i sent a 2nd request.to get an email response. However, once I submitted my cancellation, I suddenly received multiple responses in a single day. That inconsistency says everything. Customer loyalty clearly doesn't matter here. If you need timely communication or basic responsiveness, this is not the company I would recommend.
