What should have been a simple request--removing a car and providing an updated rate--took nearly a week and i sent a 2nd request.to get an email response. However, once I submitted my cancellation, I suddenly received multiple responses in a single day. That inconsistency says everything. Customer loyalty clearly doesn't matter here. If you need timely communication or basic responsiveness, this is not the company I would recommend.
