Changed from quarterly to monthly payment and made two months of payments up front Had equity through 1/17/2021 - LM Sent cancellation notice on 11/30 due to non payment. Call their customer service had a very aggressive lady Keira and then Emily both who were like there is nothing we can do.I have to pay upfront for a new policy even though mine should never have been canceled. Whole new meaning to cancel culture. Been with them since 2013... and this is how they treat their clients... This is worse than when Spectrum shut down the internet due to their own mistake and my only way to get it reinstated was to go pay CASH at one of their kiosk machines in a store during a pandemic... Sucks how these companies can do this to people... and of course it's always on a holiday or weekend. ‍ Oh well it will work out. Just hate the frustration in the mean time...

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with any company, period. Instead of providing all cancellation requirements upfront, this company continues engaging in an endless back-and-forth process while continuing to bill the customer. Every time something is submitted, another requirement suddenly appears. It feels intentionally designed to delay cancellation rather than assist the customer. This is terrible business practice and an extremely frustrating experience. Future customers should be aware of what they may be dealing with before signing up.

After providing everything they asked for and several "inspections " and various companies they sent out, after calling them regularly about the claim because their communication was AWFUL, after a month of no response and the mold accumulatin growing by the day from them dragging their feet, they DENIED the claim!! They said it had been vacant for more than 30 days! I had just bought the freaking place and had just renovated it and was in the process of moving in when the pipes burst!!! What a crock of bull!! This place will FIND ANY EXCUSE to deny your claim. Do not purchase this insurance, in fact stay away from anything to do with buying anything in Florida!! It's all a scam from beginning to end.

Some of our neighbors received payment in full and others not. All submitted claims with HO 6 policies for the same claim amount but frontline paid in significantly different amounts. Frontline claim adjuster did not communicate or justify his position with the inconsistencies. I switched provider. I would not recommend Frontline.
