This has been an ongoing issue since Feb 2025 this year very bad at communicating and even given a update or follow up on the situation. I DID EVERYTHING I WAS ASKED TO DO ON MY END. My insurance(integon) got cut off off the negligence of the company i would always send the letters and contact the agency when the insurance company would mail me letters and this couldnt be stayed on top of now my car is in the street with NO insurance at all and i been robbed for my money. My other option is paying them another downpayment for another insurance so i can be covered which is more than a thousand dollars but i dont want this issue happening once again so the money thats going to be refunded from the prior downpayment would go towards that but yet im still awaiting MY REFUND. I am not going to pay double to the company for nothing. Oh yea and on top of that i paid insurance for no reason which is paid in full on the website i have proof of so that's means i would be getting my downpayment back and MORE since i paid for no reason everything off because i have no insurance now that randomly cut off for months now.

    I used to be a big fan, but the customer service has really gone downhill. I'm sitting on hold…read moreright now because I got an email saying I needed to speak to someone, and I should call in. And into the phone tree you go. I've noticed that once companies start to use these phone trees that make it difficult to speak to someone, they really don't want to actually speak to their customers. So I'm shopping for an insurance company that still prioritizes interactions between people. And I'd even be willing to pay more if I could just get things done by people instead of the hassle of trying to get through automated processes.

First, for months they did not respond our emails. Than I called and their agent Danelle Bechard asked me to email her the details of the accident. another two months passed and again, no response from her. I called again and she was like, let me check your email and said, your claim is denied. She decided in few seconds after checking my email. In fact she never read my emails, just wanted to give me false hope. They could do investigation, they could read my emails, they could go through pictures but hey had already decided to deny my claim. They knew that I do not have a camera in my car or any witness. I am an Uber driver, I lost my car, and my job because of this accident. I had to borrow money from friends to purchase another car and I still owe money. Just because I cannot prove it, does not mean it did not happen. I could not do anything so just writing this review.

Call their 1-866-542-2355. Press 1. This is their Sales Department. You will undoubtedly get someone on the phone immediately. Now. Call the number again and press 4. This is for Existing Claims. I have been on hold waiting for someone for several HOURS...on several occasions. And when I do reach someone, in my case a man named John Davis on all my occasions, the rep is rude, will not get their manager, will not give me their manager's name, will not have corporate call me, and hung up on me when I said that I was recording the call. I chose this company because they were considerably cheaper than the alternatives. I guess I get what I pay for. I hope you don't make the same mistake. Here's my story. I purchased my "warranty" on March 6, 2020. I purchased their best plan, the Platinum Prime Plan (5-years). In February 2021, almost a year later, my 2014 vehicle had trouble shifting. I took it into the mechanic and had the transmission looked at. The mechanic found dark fluid and metal shavings in the pan, a sure sign that the transmission needs to be replaced. This is when Liberty Bell showed its scam of a business. I called nearly a dozen times trying to reach someone in claims. My wait time was as little as 15 minutes (once) and over 3 hours (twice) just to reach a live person. Again, I always reached rude John Davis. I also took snapshots of the wait time from my phone and provided them to Bell. No apology nor acknowledgement. During the 12 days of trying to reach someone, I emailed their support email several times and received 2-word replies at best. My request to have someone from corporate call me was never met. When the claims department finally did respond, they asked for service records. I only had two services completed on the vehicle over the first year that I owned the vehicle. Both of them oil changes. One of the oil changes I did myself. I kept the receipt of the oil and oil filter. The claims department stated that they are denying my claim because I did not have an ASE-certified mechanic do the oil change. What a racket, especially considering that my contract with Bell allows for maintenance work do be done by oneself, as long as one keeps receipts of the parts, which I did and provided to Bell. I am now trying to trigger the arbitration clause in the contract, but I can't do so because I can't reach anyone at Bell. PLEASE, don't give your good money to this scam of a company. You will regret it if you ever need actual warranty coverage.
