It's extremely difficult to get a hold of his staff and get any customer service. Within the last hour I called his office 3 times to try and move my renter's insurance coverage from my current place to my new place. The first time I called the automated system disconnected me. The second time I called I spoke to a person, who spent 3 minutes looking up my account and then transferred me to another desk where no one picked up and I left a voice mail. And the third time the automated system put me right into a voice mail box. This isn't the first time I've had issues. Adding my landlord's company as a concerned party last year was really challenging as the staff kept getting the names and apartment number wrong. I would choose a different agent.

They messed up my payment method that caused inactive policy though I provided the correct card and almost cause my license to get suspended. This is the SECOND time they cancel my policy without notice. Specially in a time where I needed to get my car towed. I found out through the customer service when placing a request for service that I did not have an active policy. She's unprofessional and does not know what she's doing. I would not recommend her. It's been a nightmare!
