Second, the store is very well organized and stocked well. Third, their prices are not absurdly overpriced. Yes, it's more expensive than Home Depot, but who wants to deal with that place. Fourth, their Benjamin Moore paint display is well organized (my local FH store is a giant mess with no color display). Most importantly, the owners and staff are really nice people (again in comparison to the FH hardware store where the guys are gruff and inattentive) They also honor their 100 for 120 offer which was not the reason I went.

The shovel was never shipped by my credit card was charged. I have contacted both HD and Citibank to dispute the charge. Citibbank said I do not have to pay until the get a response from HD. HD's customer service says I have to physically go to the store to try to get a refund to an online purchase that was never delivered. There is no merchandise to inspect, no restocking fee, HD cancelled the order. Simply reverse the charges. Absolute terrible customer service -online, Chat and FaceBook.

I would have given the experience 5 stars, but it lacked a few things. I would have loved if they had snacks for the children and maybe chairs for the parents to sit. As an Interior Designer it was refreshing speaking to someone that spoke the same language. Josh had directed me to all the items on my list and then some. The store is clean, well represented and focused on the right variety of items. Josh also informed me of the sale and instead of my typical trade discount, I received a greater value with the coupon. This is not my first encounter, the manager should be commended on the employees he has hired and for the training he has fostered into the lives of these young employees as it will serve them well in their future. Two other employees, a gal and another young man were just like Josh. I will continue to be a repeat spender.
