It was the day before his vacation but he knew how urgent this was and found the time for us. We had another situation with a squirrel in our roof. Tom brought out traps. Figured out how the squirrel was getting in. He has saved us from so many unpleasant situations with pests and insects. Tom uses natural pesticides and has respect for my home. If he doesn't see the need to spray inside he only treats the outside. I highly recommend Terry and Tom. On a side note. My daughter had termites. She got estimates from the major termite companies. Mike was very pleasant and explained that spaying for carpenter bees was weather dependent. Temperatures have to be above 60 and there needs to be low wind. Mike explained the types of chemicals he used and addressed all my questions. He was able to come out and treat in less than a week. Mike explained the lifecycle of the moth and indicated that the dogfood and birdseed in the garage would draw moths in there. It's been more than a week and no moths, no carpenter bees.

Well I was frantic about getting the problem resolved as soon as possible ( this was mid August). We set up an appointment so the house could be treated and Bob informed me on how to pretreat the household items and clothing prior to the extermination treatments. To make a long story short after three treatments with thirty day intervals in between treatments the bedbug situation was not getting better but worst. Instead of seeing dead bedbugs after spraying and staying away from the house for seven hours at a time, because of the pesticides, we saw a couple of live ones crawling around. At this time it's November almost Thanksgiving. It all began in one of the bedrooms by this time I found one crawling on the frame of my kitchen! That was the end of it for me! Mind you I called Bob to let him know about it. He sent his grandson over the next day to confirm that what I trapped on my door frame in my kitchen was a bedbug. I asked what was going to be done about it and the reply was that I had to wait another thirty days because my house was just treated. I guess another thirty days for these bugs to reproduce and cause more havoc lol. Don't get me wrong, I really like Bob and Kyle, they're very pleasant and compassionate people. However, combating even the smallest bed bug problem like I had became too much and started to become an infestation problem.
