When I called Pest Cemetery, I was able to schedule a same day assessment. The sales woman who came out was knowledgable and friendly. After a thorough evaluation of my house (she even got under the house in the crawl space), she recommended a quarterly spray service for the roach problem as well as a few areas I could seal up to keep them from coming inside the house to begin with. She let me know that the formula they use is safe for pets and indoor use - this put my mind at ease as I have a cat. Tim and his team are awesome! When we bought our house, we had a lot of little creepy crawling friends. Tim is so informative about bugs and was able to educate us on how the bugs operate and what we can expect within the following weeks after spraying. The formula they use is safe for pets and indoor use also. Their prices are extremely fair and they fixed our problem quickly! They offer quarterly service plans which is extremely convenient for preventative maintenance. Overall, they have been fabulous! So far so good! Awakened yesterday morning to FIRE ANTS in my KITCHEN! (I capitalize to express my FFF-- Frustration, Fear of bugs, & Feral displeasure!) Phoned the company @ 8:30 AM this morning, & by 10 AM Gareth had arrived. He did a thorough inspection of the house, both inside & out. The darn critters (3 types of ants, as well as nasty large roaches) had been playing house (& doctor) in my garage before entering my home. Gareth explained everything before treating my property. The treatment cost was $149, which is lower than what many other companies charge. I opted to contract for the quarterly fee of $81 after Gareth explained the coverage in detail & answered my many questions. After one year, I can choose to cancel if I wish. This 4-person, local company has been in operation 4 years, but the owner has approximately 24 years of experience in the pest control business. Located in Wesley Chapel off Old Pasco Road, coverage areas include both Pasco & Hillsborough Counties. Serviceman Gareth (a young father of four) is a pastor, who provided information on his ministry only after I requested it. Very friendly guy!
