I chose virtual and had it handled by Kate and it was processed and had my refund all within 10 days! she fixed every error from last year including my stimulus! no hidden fees a flat rate of 175.00 and a waiver for being a new client. When she returns , chewing, she's looking at me like she can't do anything for me, meanwhile I had my entire IRS account pulled up on her computer with every number she needed. Point blank she should've rescheduled-she was tired, I'm sure she's very busy during the season and-that would've been fine. Make a long story kind of short she finally agreed to do it but tells me to just give her seven days and everything will be taken care of-mind you I have 2 returns, my 2019 tax return and my 2020 as well, I called her 3×'S 7 days later- she returns my call at 6:30 at night and says that I have to come ALL THE WAY BACK THERE to finalize some paper-it wasn't even finished and tells me its $200-PS she didn't touch my 2020 yet that was going to be an additional 200, $400 for her to do what? I did all the work And now I have to drive back there to finish her job I told her forget it! she was extremely nasty on the phone was trying to talk to me like I was stupid the whole office is completely incompetent WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!
