Instead, the manager/worker simply went inside and shut off the equipment while I was still vacuuming my vehicle without saying a word. A simple courtesy notice would have been appreciated and would have prevented the situation entirely. The lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing and came across as rude and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this car wash to others. Customer service matters, and this establishment fell short in that regard.
