My car was hit with bird droppings earlier in the week. I was about to get it washed, when it rained. Unfortunately the rain did not get the residue of the bird droppings out. I went to Mike's to get the outside of my car cleaned, and it did the job. My car is nice & shiny. It was very fast. I was early for my hair appointment, so I got my car wash and got back in time. I thought I would get the wash on the cheep, but it cost almost the same as a full service (inside & out) wash. It was fast. read more

While waiting in line after paying with an Ultimate Ceramic Wash ticket; the belt in the car wash broke and understandably they shutdown for repairs. However I was not given a refund or at least my ticket back - instead I was given three $4 off my next wash coupons for a total of $12 in coupons. I have to purchase a wash to get the $4 off. The cost of the ticket , taking in account the discounted cost of ceramic wash tickets, was around $20 so not sure how this eqautes? Went to Mikes today to use their vacuum to clean the inside of my car. I was highly disappointed with the mediocre suction coming from the vacuum. I asked the guy next to me that had tripped out awesome truck if he thought the suction was weak. He said some days it's ok, Butola today it wasn't. Combined with my previous review I get the clear impression that the maintenance and upkeep on the equipment is poorly done and not considered a top priority with the owner. They don't even bother themselves to communicate with their customers that have left less than satisfying reviews. read more

A great fast wash is what you need year round then this is the place to go!! I have the unlimited membership and it's fabulous. I just pull up , they scan my sticker and off I go to a quick and spiffy clean car wash. If I have my 4 year old in the car I pull back the sun shade so we can see all the cool sprays and colorful soap foam on the sun roof. This is a great investment for busy people like me!! read more

Didn't get my car clean and then had to pay extra to use the vacuums. Even the vacuum hoses are small and won't go to the other side of my vehicle. I took my car through, got it cleaned, and went on to my original destination 10 min away, but when I got there and looked at my car it was still dirty and covered in spots. I drove back, showed the attendant, and she offered to let me run it through again. She told me she would let the attendant spraying down the cars to give mine a little extra, but never did. It took a total of going through 4 separate times to get dirt spots off my hood and trunk. Don't bother coming here, the "wash" is a joke and the attendants are bad at their jobs. read more

My reason for the low review, I own a large SUV Acadia.. anyway I also had two others in different vehicles use Mikes Carwash and request the same two options.. listened after to see what they also had to say. Mine of course washed front and center of the car, however lacked in cleaning the back.. it also did the same but even worse on a Tahoe. This was missed so bad washed back and back top still wet but dirty.. very dirty. Ok than went through with a Malibu cleaned very well. Got the back just as clean as the front. However it needed a little TLC-to the windows on outside they left spots on the glass.. just say in don't just pull off till you look at the back and clean it up! If not later you will have dry dirt marks! Need to bring your own towels.. read more

I'm a huge fan of Sharonville carwash, but i just wanted a quick exterior wash with a vacuum and not the usual detail i get. So since i was going to Sam's i decided to swing on by Mike's car wash. Man was I on for a shocker. I am used to these type of self drive thru car wash's having free vacuum services. Negative, its $1 to vacuum your car. The plus car wash was $18, wow what a shocker! For just a dollar more and printing off a coupon i could of got the best car wash at Sharonville, that included armor all tires and dash. Someone vacuuming my interior and washing my truck mats. A hand dry and a wipe down of all interior surfaces and cleaning my glass. So price and service, sharonville has it beat hands down. Lets talk about the wash itself. So it was $18 and I did get a good wash, But the water left behind was full of hard water and left stains on my truck. These self drive thru car wash's with there blowers never seem to dry my truck. But i really didn't expect to see that many hard water stains left on my truck. Also i drove through a muddy road earlier that day and had stains under my truck. The under car wash left a little bit of the mud on the truck. Its a nice location with friendly staff, but truth be told. Only thing preventing me from giving five stars is that the dryers leave water droplets that dry in streaks and keep the car from looking totally clean, but still prefer this car wash to any other I've tried. I went for the monthly unlimited ticket. With winter right around the corner and road grim, salts and chemicals about to be used, I figured this was the best deal. I have been very satisfied with their services, especially after I cost average out what each wash cost me. They seem to do a pretty good job on the wash, maybe just a small area on the back of my car around the tag that always seems to get missed. As for the blowers and getting the water off the car, I would say about 95% of the water is removed from the car. There is plenty of parking space after you pull out to finish drying the car. Mikes even provides a drying towel if you need one. I bring my own micro fiber towels to wipe down any remaining water and inside the door jams along with under the hood and trunk areas. I do recommend you take time to wipe off any remaining water as it will for sure leave spots on your car. The employes are super friendly and always greet you with a smile. The location is great from people in West Chester, quick easy off and on from 75, and as a added bonus there is a Walmart in the parking lot if you shop there. read more

My only bad thing to say about Mike's carwash is that there is not one closer to my home location. The staff is always friendly. Their car wash has some benefits to keeping your car clean I do like how they have an area for you can wash your own and I did not notice that they had air hoses or not to blow your car off when you're done I have been to some that have the air hose in the self wash area. This little feature makes a carwash outstanding as you can blow out the space below your windshield and inside your mirrors to help prevent spots and water stains. I normally use Mike's carwash at least once a week and sometimes more often than that. I saw on their sign they had a monthly pass for $59 which I thought would be perfect for me. So I pulled up to pay for my wash and inquired about the monthly pass for $59. So I told the gentleman that I would like the monthly unlimited car wash for $59. At that point I was informed that they really don't have a $59 unlimited monthly wash but you have to set up recurring charges on your credit card in order to get the pricing of $59. I explained to him that I don't like anyone having access to my bank account and that I just want to pay for one month at $59 like the sign shows. But he told me they don't do that and if I want to just pay a one time payment then I would have to sign up for six months and pay for five and get the six month free. I think this is a terrible way to do business suggesting on their sign that they offer this program and then find out it's just another scam to get reoccurring charges placed on your credit card. Well looks like Sharonville car wash will be getting much more of my business now. For the same price they hand car clean windows and vacuum the interior and wipe down all interior surfaces. It an ok wash job, I think fo justify the prices the vacuuming should be free. I went through the wash today and pay $20 and when I open my door and there was water underneath my door on the runner bubbles I had to dry it off with napkins I had in the car. No towels were provided to wipe it down and when I went to vacuum my car surprisingly I could not use quarters, which was inconvenient because I just happen to have a roll of quarters in the car from the bank. So after cleaning out my car I could not vacuum because they weren't free. I think for the prices you pay for a car wash the vacuuming should be free like many others I have visited throughout many states. read more

Butler County/West Chester residents BEWARE!! I have been a regular customer of Mike's Car Wash for years generally in the self serve bays because they allowed the most time for the money. On 4/17/16 my car was damaged by the prep gun in Mike's Car Wash off Cin Day in their self-serve bay. When I pulled in there was time left on the meter from the previous user who also left the gun laying on the ground. When I started loading money in, the gun came on full pressure and started flipping around like a loose fire hose. The metal wand put a dent in the roof of my car which I reported immediately to management. Pictures were taken and a report was filed. I was contacted a week later by their claims manager, Janeese Sarrazin, who told me there was no way this could have happened that "the gun doesn't just float through the air". I was all but called a liar - really poor form for a so called manager.A spray gun with a high psi of water pressure will certainly flip around! The bottom line? They refused to accept responsibility for the damage. I believe Mike's Car Wash is negligent in either the maintenance of their equipment or the wash bays. The wand should never have been left on the ground in an empty bay and/or a prep gun should NEVER be fully engaged without being triggered by the operator. That is a personal injury lawsuit waiting to happen. I didn't receive an offer to refund my money for that car wash, free washes or even a simple apology. That would have gone a long way with me. I've worked in sales for years. How a company handles a problem leaves a lasting impression with customers either good or bad. Extremely poor customer service! To anyone who drivers a pickup with running boards. This place refuges to wash the passenger side running boards ,,unless you ask. I have complained to Adam the G.M. He did credit me 3 washes to make things right but I never picked them up as I told him I'm not after free washes just do it right the first time. I had my truck washed today and again they did not wash the passenger side running board. The gentleman running the wash said It was MY RESPONSIBLEITY to tell them I wanted it washed. So I went to Mike's this evening to wash my car as it was filthy from road salt. I bought the pick two was with wheel bright and under body. It cost fourteen dollars, which is hard for me because I'm thrifty. When I arrived at Liberty center for shopping, I discovered there were still a couple spots on the passenger side of the car. I returned to Mike's and they said no problem they would take care of it right away. I did give them my receipt. I believe the associates name was Isaac. When I exited the car wash the second time there were no spots on the car, only a tiny bit of residue where the window meets the door. It was then that I realized that the spots were from a cup of honey mustard that my son had thrown out of the window while cruising down 75 over a month ago. So I wouldn't have expected that to come off in a car wash to begin with. I believe that this is a locally owned company and I would like to compliment their customer service, it is always excellent and they really impressed me tonight. Scratched my car and when I brought it to their attention they told me no way their car wash caused it....newer car with not a mark on it anywhere. Its ok if you just want to get the dust off your vehicle. Its never gotten mine completely clean. I know their guarantee says they will run it through again but fat chance of them doing that.
