I'm so glad I did because I got everything done at my first visit. I brought my huge treatment papers from the high priced dentist. After reviewing all the pictures and x rays, Dr Patel showed me where all my 'supposed' cavities were just merely staining from all my morning black Starbucks coffee. First, I should not have been charged anything, since they did not give me the "same-day" crown that I was scheduled for! I certainly don't deserve PERSISATN text reminders from the Knightdale office for payment. I called this office to ask what was going on. They claimed I had visited their location on that date! I never visited that location for this or any recent dental care. It became clear that the Knightdale location had issued the charge of $146. I contacted both offices to get the clarification that the visit in question was being charged $50.50, However, only the Brier Creek location had provided care. Disorganized, miscommunication, and unprofessional harassing billing practices.

I have seen and felt major difference after the cleaning. Making patients comfortable is definitely priority of this office and there was no rush to wait for the topical anesthetic to fully work to make sure following lidocaine injections are least painful as possible. The equipment in the office is definitely high tech and the atmosphere makes you feel comfortable, which I find very important in dental office. I really liked that even I haven't had any dental work or cleaning done in years, I haven't felt judged and the staff was eager to do the best they can to take care of my dental health. Following the deep cleaning I haven't felt any soreness the next day. My another appointment was with Dr. Taylor who did the numbing for my cleaning before and this time she worked on my cavity filling and repairing old patch on my front broken teeth. Her assistant was also very professional and you could tell she enjoys her profession. Dr. Taylor did an amazing job on my broken tooth repair and the final result was a piece of an art! I wouldn't be able to tell the tooth was ever broken before. During my appointment I have registered that the doctor decided to use different material to match the shine of my tooth and had no problem discarding the previous material that was not matching. That only confirm the level of professionalism at this location! I would also like to mention that even if I had to reschedule my appts few times and one time even the day before, the staff had no problem doing so. I also like the diversity in this office and that they keep the mask mandate to protect the public and the staff. Dental work can be frightening for a lot of people, thankfully Parkstone dental goes above and beyond to look after your dental health and make this the best experience possible! They were very clear with me about the costs of the different services. And I used their monthly dental plan to get a free cleaning at the 6 month mark. The price for the filling was reasonable. They gave me a referral for my wisdom teeth removal, which was needed. The wait times were short, and their service was great every time I have gone.
