I showed the staff the confirmation text indicating that I had replied "Yes" to confirm my appointment for 1:00 PM with a response back from the office stating "Thank you for confirming your appt!". They apologized and said they misspoke before, that I did actually confirm my appointment but there was no availability for that time, which suggests my slot was double-booked. I even showed up 10 minutes early, yet I wasn't allowed to keep the appointment I confirmed. This experience felt very unprofessional. My work schedule is very demanding, and I expect to keep the appointments I confirm to avoid wasting my limited time. Makes me reconsider even rescheduling with this office, thinking this could happen again.

They were very clear with me about the costs of the different services. And I used their monthly dental plan to get a free cleaning at the 6 month mark. The price for the filling was reasonable. They gave me a referral for my wisdom teeth removal, which was needed. The wait times were short, and their service was great every time I have gone.

I was told to arrive early for my appointment. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment & was called back after my scheduled time. When I got into the chair I was told that I was only getting an exam today & not the cleaning that I made my appointment for. I was also told that I would not be seeing the dentist that I made my appointment with. I was extremely disappointed because I have never had to go to the dentist on two separate appointments to get a cleaning and exam, even as a new patient. I also was never informed that I needed to make two separate appointments because I would have made them at the same time or just went to another dentist. Some of the employees were apologetic and said that when making an appointment online it doesn't link to a certain dentist. When I made my appointment I did select the dentist that I wanted to see. After an extended wait I was able to see the dentist. Dr. Santago was nice. The front desk check out employee was helpful during my initial visit. I did have to come back again to get my teeth cleaned since no one was available to clean my teeth that day.

He examines your face, jaw, glands, not just your teeth. A lot of symptoms we may suffer from or have reoccuring issues with can stem from a totally different part of your body, as most should know. Let me not forget his staff either. The ladies he has on his staff are a treat to encounter. I'm so glad I did because I got everything done at my first visit. I brought my huge treatment papers from the high priced dentist. After reviewing all the pictures and x rays, Dr Patel showed me where all my 'supposed' cavities were just merely staining from all my morning black Starbucks coffee. The cleaning was great and painless. I'm so glad I went. I will be seeing Dr Patel from now on. Thank you to him and all his staff for putting my mind at ease.
