These men are racist, misogynist bigots. I brought my car in two weeks ago because I was having engine trouble. Paul says, "We didn't find anything wrong with your engine, but we saw that your air filters needed to be replaced." I said ok, and waited as they supposedly changed my filters. I went up to pay, and I saw a $250 charge. For what? I'm thinking maybe there was in-depth inspection or some technological component to it, so I paid. I had been here before, so I wouldn't suspect they would try to pull something on a returning customer. Well, a few days later, my engine overheated again. We lifted the hood, brushed away the leaves, and found that there was no anti-freeze in my car. There was no wiper fluid in my car, either. I looked at the receipt, and what did I find? They stated that they topped all the fluids, brushed away the leaves, and changed my filter. That's it. This is the description of a regular $50 service job, not $250. We filled up the car with some anti-freeze at home, and went back to the dealership a week after the first appointment. My mother went with me, and I told Paul bluntly that this mechanic did not do his job. I told him I lifted the hood, and there was no anti-freeze. Paul nervously replied, "Oh, there was no anti-freeze?" He knew I caught him in a lie. A woman who knows what anti-freeze is and was smart enough to check under the hood when her car overheated again? What a concept! I showed him the picture. He tried to say, "We don't fill it all the way." I said, "As you can see in the picture, there is none at all." He couldn't deny it. I also stated that there was no wiper fluid in my car, either. He seemed to be getting more intimidated dealing with a woman who actually knew what she was talking about. This mechanic did not do his job, and there was no excuse. They charged me $250, and I was the one who wound up doing the job. Paul said that we should leave the car to see if they could further inspect it. My mother agreed. I had no errands that day, so I allowed it. Paul texts later and said the technician suggests to do a coolant flush and an adaptive relearn that may take care of the problem, for $484.20 plus tax. 1. Why is this being diagnosed now, and not before? 2. What did we spend $250 on before? 3. A charge close to $500, for a job that "might" solve the problem? $750 for work not done the first time plus guesswork that may not even solve the problem? We returned the day after with those questions Paul already knew he couldn't lie his way out of that one, so he referred us to the (mis)manager of the service department. What did we spend $250 on? The guy goes, "You see here they replaced the filter, and they topped the fluids." I proved him wrong, and even if they did, that's a $15 job. He said he would give us a free oil change to make up for it. Yes, a $35 oil change makes up for charging $250 for work never performed. He tried to talk around it, and said, "Well, he's a lower-level mechanic-" "A lower-level mechanic?" I repeated. When he realized how ridiculous he sounded, he switched and said, "I didn't say a lower-level mechanic. I said we have different levels of mechanics: we have our A-level mechanics, our B-level, and our C-level." "You gave my car to a C-level mechanic, knowing that this was a higher-level issue." When he realized that we were too smart for his lies, he did what any narcissist does when he's caught in a lie: he started to belittle us. Yes, at a "professional" dealership, the lying "manager" started to mock and insult us, trying to make us feel low for contesting a $250 fee for work never performed. He said we should leave the car over the weekend. So they can tinker with my car and charge MORE money, turning a $50 job into a $1000+ job? Nope. I refused, and he started to mock us even more. We walked to the front and the "manager"; shouts from his office, "I take back my free oil change offer!", and he starts to laugh. Paul brings my key and says, "We found what was wrong with your car. The anti-freeze is leaking." The guy is a pathological liar. And when I looked under my hood, I saw that the blue cap on one of my filters was broken off. And if you think I'm making this up, I have the photos, text messages, and video to prove it. ***That's right, boys. I caught all of your antics on camera, and when I post this video, you'll be exposed for the racist, misogynists you truly are. ***BLACK WOMEN BEWARE: YOU ARE NOT SAFE HERE. If you go alone, unless you carry a recording device with you, these men will mock, harass, and insult you. They see you as a lower-level, excuse me, a C-Level customer, and will give your car to a C-Level mechanic who will do absolutely nothing to it and they'll charge you hundreds of dollars for it. Allen Saltz and Liccardi Ford is the only for dealer I will go to! They are super and my family has been going there for many years! I currently drive a 2017 Ford Edge SEL. They have been exceptional at taking care of my vehicle. There's only one person who works on my vehicle since it's a high-performance vehicle. I previously reviewed the service department positively, and now can add my impression of the sales team. I wound up buying a new Ford Edge - unexpectedly - when Allen Saltz got me such a great deal it convinced me to buy this over Sedan which i was supposed to be buying. There was no pressure, no drama, no "let me get my manager to tell you why you would think this is such a good deal for you, if only you were a little brighter and knew about GUY stuff like cars..." Sales manager, and the finance team who ties up the loose ends at the end, are professional, empathetic and fair. At the end of the day, i understand they need to make a little money on the deal, and they understand I need to make a deal that won't leave me upside down in my car two years from now. I've had nothing but the worst experience ever with this dealership. First when trading in my lease, the sales man messed up and I ended up financially paying for that mistake. I should have tried to null and void this lease when that happen, but I decided to continue with it. Now my new 2020 car, with only 1200 miles, started having transmission issues. The transmission was slipping anytime I would reach 30mph. I bring it to their service area. TWO weeks have gone by and no word on when to expect my car to be fixed. It took almost a week to get a loaner car from them, then they had the audacity to ask my husband if we could bring the loaner back and just drive my car until they "get the part" to fix my car. I'm six months pregnant and have a toddler I drive around, you think it would be smart to drive this car around??? No consideration for our lives or safety. Of all my years of buying and leasing cars, this was by far the most pleasant experience. I walked into the Liccardi dealership, explained I wanted a small SUV with all of the latest intelligence/safety features. My salesperson, Linnaia Aquavit listened intently, immediately suggested the Titanium Escape. She expertly demonstrated all of the vehicles features, and even though I loved the car, made sure I saw some other vehicles to confirm that the first one was the best choice. One week later, the lease was approved, and I could not be happier. No problems during the past 6 months. Every time I had a question, no matter how small, Linnaia was always happy to make time for me and demonstrate how to use the option. Love the auto parking, drowsy driving warning, autostart, auto highbeams, auto cruise control, and lane keeping system. Great gas mileage. Liccardi is a joke of a dealership. I called to confirm the vehicle was available @ 1:30pm. I drove 2 hours just to get there to find they sold it. Ok, that happens, but they sold it before I called. When I got there, I met with a mousy little man and 2 others he called over. I think 1 was the sales floor manager. All I got was "sorry man' as he pushed his way past me. They left me standing there without even a 'maybe we have something else you'd be interested in." They didn't give a damn about what they did. Also, not a single, properly worn mask or any social distance protocols being followed. Absolutely the most classless dealership I've ever dealt with. Liccardi is the epitome of the reason why used car dealers have the reputation that they do. They are the reason why they are seen as hustlers and scammers. I hope they never sell another car. stay far away from this place!!! car been in service 4 times in 3 months and they still haven't fixed it. engine light is on after they had it for 3 weeks. very unprofessional place nobody returns calls or anything. juan is the service manager he hasn't returned any of my calls since saturday. i have filed a complaint with the division of consumer affairs and will be taking liccardi to court. they tell you to contact them for the inconvenience but never respond and can never get on the phone. this is the worst car buying experience ever and my car is 2014 shouldnt have these many issues. they treat you nice to buy a car then they act like they never met you. stay away take your money somewhere else!! they dont return any phone calls and doug the general manager is just as rude unprofessional as everyone else. i would never recommend this dealer not worth the hassle!! read more

What a great experience I had. Ive always bought used cars. So to have my first experience at buying a new car was fantastic. I dealt with Scott Lyon who even gave me his personal cell phone to call or text at any time if i had any questions or emergencies to handle. I had gone to look for car about 3 weeks prior and Scott took my info and searched to see about getting me the exact color and accessories that i requested. He worked with me and after finding what i was looking for i went in and I took my Lincoln MKX home that same day. YOu always hear about the pushy sales people that try to get you into anything but i fealt very comfortable, relaxed and at ease. I bought a car here and with all fake prices and fake fees and they gave me car with broken bumper and its certified pre owned with 172 point inspection(fake 172 point inspection). When i went back next day and ask about it they said you broke your car we dont do anything with it. 2.i asked not to do hard credit check because I already have approved loan from my bank. They asked my ssn for some proofs and said we wont do credit checks and they did 4 hard checks. When i asked back they are lying we didnt. 3. After all this they are not doing my registration. As I was looking for this place, I came across a video where Rob, the service manager is mocking two women who had engine trouble for their color! I could not believe what I was seeing. So after Paul, the associate, makes up stuff about their car, Rob, the manager, mocks them after charging them $250 for nothing! I would not have thought to check under the hood again like that woman did after her car was still acting up. From the minute I walked through the door, I was treated with respect and kindness from Peggy, Brianna, and Doug- and not the fake kind of kindness either- you can tell that this place saw a person that walked through the door rather than dollar signs.
